Verdict

The Dermot Weld-trained BRITANNIA KITTEN can be forgiven his last run in June when losing a shoe and build on his promising debut run in a Leopardstown 7f maiden. The youngster runs for the first time as a gelding and can land the opening contest ahead of the Matthew Smith-trained Flaming Moon who shaped with plenty of promise on debut in a Fairyhouse maiden over 6f last month. Of the newcomers, Power Over Me for the Michael O'Callaghan yard could be of interest while the Johnny Murtagh pair of Distant Vista and So Suave should not be underestimated.
  1. Britannia Kitten
  2. Flaming Moon
  3. So Suave
