- Season Finale On Monday 21st October Handicap (Class 5)
- 1m 4f 5y,
- 10 Runners
- Surface: Turf
Off the mark on handicap debut on soft ground last time out. 5lb higher but gets his conditions again and ought to build on that run.
Has shown improved form from earlier in the season, placed in a Redcar maiden in August before finishing fourth of 12 at Ayr last time on handicap debut. Runner-up has franked that form and looks feasibly handicapped.
Won back-to-back races in June and has been running well in defeat in his last couple of starts. Starts out for a new yard but will need a career best from this sort of mark.
Yet to win in 10 starts and disappointed when sent off at 3/1 in novice company last time out. Shaped like a step up in trip may help last time out and others preferred here.
Still a maiden after eight starts and well beaten in all four starts so far this campaign. Handicapper has dropped him 5lb, trying to give him a chance but he doesn't look like one to rely on at present.
Off the mark at the ninth attempt when winning at Haydock in August and ran well in defeat at Hamilton last time out, probably doing too much too soon. Proven in conditions and worthy of respect.
Poor form in each of his five starts. Drops in trip here and well beaten on his previous try on heavy ground.
Just one win from 15 starts and while she's been running well in defeat of late, all her best form is on faster ground than what she gets here. Looks vulnerable from a handicapping perspective.
Well beaten in novice/maiden company and has shown no improvement for the switch to handicap company. A slow start scuppered his chance last time and he has it all to prove at present. First start for new yard up in trip.
Her one win from 13 starts came at Beverley over this trip back in May. Disappointed mainly thereafter but it was a much improved effort at Musselburgh last time; each-way claims.
