Took advantage of a reduced handicap mark when scoring at Brighton (1m2f) 18 days ago. Form of that race has been boosted since and could be competitive despite 4lb hike.

Data Protection (5/2), Escape The City (11/4), Destroyer (9/2), First Flight (6/1), The Throstles (7/1), Cuttin' Edge (8/1), Battle Of Waterloo (9/1), Sheila's Showcase (9/1)

A race where many rivals look closely matched in the handicap, preference is for DATA PROTECTION, who has seemingly turned a new corner recently and performed with credit when not getting the run of the race last time and seems to be still be well-weighted against his rivals. Destroyer reopposes and has a 9lb pull at the weights with him but was comprehensively behind the selection last time, while Cuttin' Edge sneaks in at the bottom and could be dangerous if given a soft lead but needs to prove he will stay this trip.
  1. Data Protection
  2. Destroyer
  3. Cuttin' Edge
