Won for the first-time in a couple of years when pushed clear in a 1m1f soft ground Class 5 handicap at Musselburgh last month; a subsequent 6lb rise will make life more difficult; stamina to prove at 1m3f (no worries regarding the ground).
Hasn't really looked like winning in nine start since joining this trainer. Did make the frame over 1m3f here in May. 7lb lower in ratings now.
Course winner over 1m3f last summer. Pair of decent efforts at Carlisle and Newcastle (AW) recently and should be in the firing line again.
Redcar winner in May 2018, hasn't been able to get competitive in three runs after a 408-day absence and is opposable again now.
Previous C&D winner has won four of his last six starts, all over 1m1f/1m2f. Perhaps not suited by way race developed at Beverley last time and cannot be overlooked completely.
Twice a winner at this track (1m½) in mid-summer, but much higher in the weights now and was a bitter disappointment when tailed-off behind Donnachies Girl here (1m4f, heavy) last time; others preferred.
Contributed to the rich vein of form for the Alistair Whillans yard when springing an 18-1 surprise at Carlisle (1m1f, good to soft) on his penultimate start; raced keenly when upped in trip and a beaten favourite subsequently.
Yet to get his head in front, having been awarded a seller at Ripon (1m2f, good) last month in the stewards' room. Will have to improve on that form to be in front when it matters here.
Five-race maiden, has time on his hands but will need to show improved form to hold leading claims in this contest.
Sixties Icon filly. Struggling for form this term, including when never-dangerous here on Sunday. Limited appeal if turning out again.
Returned to winning ways when just holding off Star Of Valour over extended-mile here last time. 3lb rise seems about right and will relish any further rain.
Beaten a nose by today's rival Remmy D over an extended mile here last month on heavy ground. No concerns over this slightly longer trip; player again.

Having recorded his first win since joining Roger Fell's yard at Musselburgh last month PIONEERING may be up to defying his ratings hike here. Conditions are set to be in his favour, with any further rain a plus. Remmy D won here last month over an extended-mile, with Star Of Valour just behind; both need considering over this slightly longer trip. Dragon Mountain made the frame here earlier in the season and would have claims from a 7lb lower mark if finding that form now.
