Form of Newbury win (6f, good to soft) in June was decent, but hasn't gone on from that in three runs since. Placed on the AW at Wolverhampton last time over 6f, blinkers added now; competitive.
Bated Breath colt, improved on second start at Salisbury over this trip to be third of seven. Makes first start on AW and possibly going to have more to give.
13,000 gns yearling, Raven's Pass gelding. Half-brother to three winners, including 7f-1m½f winner Able Jack and 1m winner Snowdon. Stamina for further too.
Hallowed Crown gelding is a half-brother to useful juvenile 6f winner Sweet Cecily and 1m4f winner Claramara. Market should reveal more on debut.
Bated Breath colt, cost €21,000 as a yearling and has winners in family. Good run on debut at Pontefract (6f, good) and perhaps not suited since by soft ground at Nottingham. Should bounce back.
€4,000 yearling, Orpen gelding. Half-brother to French 7½f winner Blanzac. May come on for his opening appearance.
Swiss Spirit filly, half-sister to modest AW 6f winner. Well beaten in two starst over 1m/7f already. Drops back to this trip needing to improve.
Helmet filly purchased for £10,000 at the breeze-up sales in April. Slowly away on debut at Lingfield over 6f on the AW, unable to get competitive having gone off a 33-1 poke. Remains early days.
6,000 gns yearling, Swiss Spirit filly. Half-sister to three winners abroad. Dam well-related US winner. Interesting newcomer.
Nicely bred daughter of Morpheus, best of her efforts in five runs so far would put her in the mix but last two starts have been underwhelming so must bounce back.

Progressive Rating improved from his debut when third at Salisbury late last month and should have more to offer again. SPIRITOFTHENORTH showed up well on debut at Pontefract and his lesser run at Nottingham 13 days later came on testing ground. Kevin Ryan's colt is fancied to leave that run behind and can have a leading say in this. Twice As Likely has also shown enough to go on the shortlist.
