Scored over this trip at Chepstow on debut before finishing down the field in a sales race at York just a week later. Will have found the trip too short that day and promises to be more of a factor here.

£30,000 son of Wootton Bassett who was soon outpaced when sent off at 33/1 on debut. Dramatic improvement required in this company

Did not have to improve on her debut effort to land a minor race in a slow time at Lingfield. Needs to find a lot more in order to follow up.

Rates the pick judged on her Windsor victory but she has not really progressed since. Stable operating at a 35% strike rate with their AW juveniles this term and cheekpieces applied this time.

Attracted some support on Newmarket debut, but only beat one home in what appeared to be a weak race for the venue.

Caught the eye on Wolverhampton debut when running on late behind a well-regarded winner. Stable have had a couple of winners this week and he commands respect in receipt of weight.

£32,000 yearling with a speedy pedigree being by G Force out of a 5f winner. Question marks regarding the trip and the yard's horses usually improve for a run.

Has only revealed a modest level of ability so far, but suspicion she may do better for today's extra furlong.

Has several winners in her pedigree and sire gets his share of AW winners. Down the field on both starts, but there have been signs of ability and she could improve for the switch of surface.

Betting

Forecast

Love Destiny (6/4), Silver Samurai (4/1), Ventura Star (4/1), Mitty's Smile (8/1), Miss Thoughtful (8/1), Oasis Song (16/1), Typhoon Lily (25/1), Disarming (33/1), One Alc (33/1), Lisbeth Salander (50/1)

Verdict

Mark Johnston's LOVE DESTINY has to concede weight to all but his debut form leaves him with little improvement to find at this level. His subsequent defeat came over an inadequate trip and he should account for Mitty's Smile who has not progressed since scoring at WIndsor. Miss Thoughtful had a couple of these behind when taking a poor race in a slow time at Lingfield and a bigger threat may come from Silver Samurai. Marco Botti's charge bumped into a useful pair on his debut and can be expected to come on for the run.
  1. Love Destiny
  2. Silver Samurai
  3. Mitty's Smile
