Broke his maiden tag when winning by 6L over an extended 2m6f at Stratford and duly followed up off 7lb higher over this C&D last month. Has jumped well barring one mistake and although he's up another 8lb, he's an improving type.
Struggled to make any impression in eight starts over hurdles and his tailed off chase debut at Stratford featured poor jumping. Remains best watched.
Well backed on stable debut when breaking his maiden tag over fences on start number 25. Extra trip should only help on this quick reappearance under a 7lb penalty and a leading contender.
Gained a third career win off 6lb lower in July and remains well handicapped on old form. However he's proved disappointing in two starts since and he needs to be back to his best.
Failed to complete in nine successive races under Rules and in point-to-points and then well held the last twice. Hard to make a case for from 6lb out of the handicap.
