Five-time winner in 2018, has best part of 3L to find with It's How We Roll on last week's Lingfield meeting, though certainly weighted to have a chance on best form.
Would have standout out claims on best form, though starting out for new trainer on the back of more than a year on the sidelines is a worry. Watching brief unless market speaks.
Has come back to a bit of form on his last couple of starts, the headgear seemingly doing the trick. Goes well around here and looks to be on a nice rating again. Considered.
Has finished out the back in both runs on the Flat this year, including over C&D last month when sent off a 66-1 chance. Big ask.
Has twice made all to score over 1m2f recently at Chelmsford, scoring last time with plenty in hand. Carries 5lb penalty but leading player if seeing this trip out.
Ran no race at Yarmouth in May over this sort of trip when last spotted, but is a previous C&D winner (from this mark) and cannot be discounted back here.
Previous C&D winner in April 2018, no match for It's How We Roll at Lingfield last week however and plenty on to bridge the gap.
Was having first start in 15 months when 100-1 last of nine at Nottingham (1m6f, good to soft) last month and can only be watched on the strength of that effort.
Had a few of these behind when second at Lingfield last week, 0-9 on AW previously and doesn't win often (1-26) but needs a close look on that effort.
Has shown signs of temperament this season and overall form isn't a source of encouragement anyway. Easily overlooked on form.
Low-mileage five-year-old, close fifth in maiden handicap at Ffos Las (1m2f, good to soft) last time and could have designs on place money if building on that now returning to AW.
Seven-race maiden whose best effort came when third in a poor maiden at Thirsk. Hasn't shown much to encourage in handicaps and will need to improve dramatically having been gelded.
Recorded his first placed effort when finishing 4½L third in a 1m6f handicap at Chelmsford last month, since trailed home on turf at Ffos Las over same trip. Blinkers tried now.
14 races without a win so far, down the field on debut for this handler at Leicester in June (1m4f, good to firm). Hasn't shown best form on previous visits to this course.
Forecasts
Warning Light (2/1), Iballisticvin (9/2), Spice War (5/1), It's How We Roll (8/1), Antidote (8/1), Lady Of York (12/1), General Brook (16/1), Bird To Love (16/1), Ember's Glow (18/1), Qayed (18/1), Delannoy (40/1), Principia (50/1), Rahmah (50/1), Zahraani (66/1)
WARNING LIGHT has won her last two at Chelmsford from the front and should have strong claims here over this new trip. She carries a mandatory penalty for Thursday's win, when she put 4L between herself and the chasers, and could very well bring up the hat-trick from a good draw. It's How We Roll (second) has a few of these behind at Lingfield last week but doesn't win often enough to merit the vote, while Iballisticvin, Ember's Glow (on best form) and Bird To Love (possible improver) are all shortlisted.
- Warning Light
- Iballisticvin
- Bird To Love
