C&D winner in April and followed up at Southwell shortly after; went up 6lb for that win on the Fibresand but disappointed when last last seen out and given a break since May. Still on a winning mark and has gone well fresh so merits consideration.
A three-time C&D winner who retains ability despite being a 10-year-old. Consistency isn't a strong point but seems to have adapted well to a change of tactics since joining his current yard. Totally missed the kick a couple of times lately, though.
Finished last in both starts since coming back from a break since last October and lacks experience of this surface. Made all for his only win on turf so has to be a concern that he's not been getting home since his return. Others more appealing.
First run since May when just over a length behind Come On Dave at Lingfield earlier this month and will be sharper for the outing. Still 5lb above his last winning mark but was placed the last time he raced here. Similar claims tonight.
A consistent filly who has finished second on five separate occasions this season. Not getting any respite from the handicapper as a result but still a force if at her best and deserves a change of fortune. (Handles this surface well too.)
Set to race from a 6lb higher mark than for her last time out course win over 6f; and more to do over a trip just shy of her best. Respected but a personal best required all the same. Wide stalls berth not ideal either.
Likes to make the running and interesting to note the first time cheekpieces are in place (replacing the blinkers from last time). He's capable and has a 7f course win to his name but it's debatable whether the drop in trip will be ideal.
A dual C&D winner in 2016 who was back to form when winning twice at Chelmsford earlier this year; held a couple of times on turf since and then went under the knife for wind surgery last month. The betting can guide on her first start back.
Won a C&D novice stakes for Simon Crisford here in January but form has taken a dip since and three starts for her current yard have been modest to say the least. Plenty to prove now dropped back in trip.
Goes well at this course but maiden status still intact after a poor display on her return from a break when last of nine at Nottingham a fortnight ago. Should be fitter but a concern the blinkers (worn for her best efforts) are again omitted.

A chance is taken on the consistent FAIRY FAST adding to the handicap win she gained when with David O'Meara back in May. The filly has held her form since joining her current yard and can confirm superiority over Come On Dave, who is respected but was behind the selection despite getting weight when they last met. Aquadabra has to be feared if she turns out under her penalty but it's a concern she faded to finish last at Ffos Las yesterday; so it's very possible her bubble might have burst. Red Invader acts well at this course and, along with Fareeq, who should strip fitter after his recent return to action after a short break, completes the shortlist.
