Has struggled to make his mark in stronger races since notching a four-timer (all over 5f) between May and July; drops back into a Class 4 contest with all headgear removed.
Unable to complete the hat-trick when sent off 9-2 favourite in a Class 4 handicap at York (5f, good to firm) in July; returns from a short break, but sits 7lb above his last winning mark.
Hamilton regular; back to form when beaten a nose by Orion's Bow there (5f, soft) in July (Holmeswood fourth); 3lb higher; quicker ground shouldn't prove to be problematic; chance.
Course specialist; 1lb lower than when beating War Whisper by ½L in this race in 2018; foolish to dismiss lightly.
Sits on a handy mark as a result of a prolonged barren spell; possibly better with more ease in the ground, although that said, he was turned over at short odds (10-11 favourite) by Orion's Bow at Hamilton latest.
Lightly-raced (was a capable juvenile for Richard Hannon); last of three on debut for Jim Goldie at Ayr (5f, heavy) 18 days ago and although that leaves him with work to do with Super Julius, it did represent a step back in the right direction.
Debut C&D winner (May 2018); generally a disappointment since (0-8), so the visor is now applied seeking an upturn in fortunes.
More than capable when on song; 3lb lower than when a keeping on third to Only Spoofing at Beverley (5f, good to firm) in July; handily weighted and could feasibly exploit that fact sooner or later.
In fine fettle during a busy spell of racing; runner-up to the progressive Four Wheel Drive at Beverley (5f, good to soft) a fortnight ago; C&D form figures read 1132; much respected in newly applied headgear; stablemate of Lomu.
Veteran who is at her very best with cut underfoot at this sharp track; 6lb higher than when making all to beat Burmese Blazer by 2¼L in a Class 6 handicap here (soft) 19 days ago; won this race for John Riches in 2016.

Forecasts
East Street Revue (4/1), Lathom (4/1), Holmeswood (5/1), Super Julius (5/1), Dapper Man (13/2), Royal Brave (7/1), Diamonique (10/1), Zig Zag Zyggy (11/1), Nicki's Angel (14/1), Lomu (16/1), Economic Crisis (22/1), He'zanarab (28/1)
An open contest in which plenty hold a realistic chance of winning. SUPER JULIUS and Diamonique have held their respective form well in recent weeks, while the veteran Economic Crisis was back in the winners enclosure here on her most recent start (in a Class 6). Thinking more outside of the box, the application of a visor could spark a revival for the C&D juvenile scorer Nicki's Angel, while the capable East Street Revue is handily weighted nowadays. However, the safest option is probably the Shane Donohoe-trained five-year-old who lost little in defeat to the front-running Dandy's Beano at Hamilton just under three weeks ago.
- Super Julius
- Diamonique
- Zig Zag Zyggy
