Verdict

Trainer Joseph O'Brien saddles three in the race and his Dansili colt, PORTALA PALACE can land the spoils under jockey, Donnacha O'Brien. The youngster may have been intimidated on more than one occasion at the recent Galway festival and can bounce back to form at the expense of the improving, Charlie Basset from the Noel Meade yard who can emerge as the biggest danger. Stablemates of the selection, Franklin Street and Cursu Mina appear next best in a race where it will not take a superstar to win it.
