Gained a sixth career last start over this trip at Catterick ending a long losing run. Has two wins over this C&D and although he has a 5lb penalty he won with plenty in hand and remains well handicapped.
Likes fast ground and a winner over this trip two starts back. Disappointed here last time but he wasn't suited by a slow tempo and a higher grade. Remains on a competitive mark and could fare better.
Won off just 1lb lower at Ayr last month and handles most conditions. Bit below par in a higher grade last time but previously consistent at this level and stable in good form.
Former C&D winner is without a success since August 2017 and after missing last year has been in very poor form this year. Hard to fancy at present.
Just two wins from 37 starts, both coming over this C&D in May and remains 6lb higher. Running to a consistent level of late and while others may be better handicapped, he could be involved again.
Six-time winner has gone close recently with three close seconds in a row. Suited by drop of a furlong and remains on a good mark. Highly likely to be competitive at a track that suits.
Won over this C&D in May and now 1lb lower. Has struggled in five starts since that have been well below that level and others preferred at present.
Remains a maiden following six starts and yet to make any sort of impression. With a stable that are always worth a market check but a faces a stiff task on the face of things.
Sole win came on the AW and hasn't yet quite matched that form in nine turf starts. Proving inconsistent this year and this is tougher than her latest fourth.
C&D winner off this mark last September and successful on the AW at Chelmsford in the spring. Proving hard to predict and needs to leave two poor runs well behind.
Infrequent winner and on a losing run now dating back to a C&D success off this mark in 2017. Disappointed last time following a couple of better efforts and proving inconsistent.
11-race maiden who has yet to hit the money. Dropped 4lb but races 1lb from out of the handicap and overall level of form would need plenty of improving upon.
Forecasts
Our Charlie Brown (11/8), Etikaal (15/2), Forever A Lady (8/1), Colour Contrast (8/1), Be Bold (10/1), Robben Rainbow (12/1), Fascinating Spirit (14/1), Spenny's Lass (16/1), Echo Of Lightning (18/1), Let Right Be Done (28/1), Tellovoi (40/1), Bareed (40/1)
OUR CHARLIE BROWN won in such good style last start that he's hard to get away from over a C&D that suits so well. The reliable Be Bold is knocking on the door and suited by these conditions, so rates an obvious challenger. Etikaal can be excused his latest run and is likely to bounce back in this grade.
