Clodovil gelding who was foaled on March 29 and cost 13,000 gns as a yearling. He is a half-brother to Ride The Monkey who prevailed over 7f as two-year-old. Keep an eye out for any market confidence on his debut start.

Showed some promise on the opening start of his career when he was third of seven at Yarmouth over 6f when going off at 25/1. He is stepping down in trip here on his second attempt. Likely to improve on debut run. Leading player.
Mayson colt who was foaled on May 14 and cost 14,000 gns as a yearling. Half-brother to Mundana who won up to 1m and Bruneta who was also a 1m winner. Interesting newcomer who shouldn't be discounted despite this being his debut run.

Has been well held on both of his two appearances, including latest at Beverley (5f) where he was 11th of 14, beaten by 11L after being soon outpaced. Needs to produce much more than he has shown so far. Others appeal more.

Has had four attempts to get off the mark so far without success. He was fancied to run well last time Wolverhampton (6f) on the AW where he went off as 6/4 favourite but had to settle for fourth of 10. Is now a gelding. More can be expected here.

Has finished a long way down the field on her two appearances to date, with her latest effort coming at Beverley over 5f where she was 10th of 14 after going off at 80/1. Much more is needed to be in the mix at the finish over this trip.

Iffraaj filly who was foaled on April 5 and cost 15,000 gns as a two-year-old. Her dam scored over 7½f as a two-year-old and is a sister to Rekdhat who won over 7f. It wouldn't be a big surprise if she ran a big race on her debut.

She made a modest start when she was eighth of 13 on her debut at this track over 6f but she then took a big step forward on her latest run as she was second of six at York (6f). Down in trip where she is open to improvement. One to consider.

Pastoral Pursuits filly who was foaled on March 22 and cost £10,000 as a yearling. Her dam was a winner over 5f as a two-year old. She is a half-sister to multiple-winners. More can be expected once she has experience on her side.

Verdict

TYLER DURDEN made a very encouraging debut at Yarmouth where he was not far away in third place. The chances are he will improve on that outing on his second start which makes him the one they all have to beat here in this novice contest. Abbey Wharf was much better of her second appearance when finishing second at York over 6f. Another strong performance can be expected from the filly here, with Bond's Boy is the most interesting newcomer on paper and can be expected to put in a good display on his debut which may be enough for him to come home in the placings.
