Inconsistent but is a C&D winner in the past and saves his best efforts for this track. Wasn't disgraced when seventh, beaten 3L, in similar handicap here last time and looks to be well drawn. Interesting contender.
Veteran who rarely runs a bad race over C&D but has been in-and-out of form recently. Latest fourth in C&D handicap suggests she may be competing for minor honours once again.
Redcar maiden handicap winner in June but put in no sort of a run last time out, finishing 11L ninth in 5f Ayr handicap. Only dropped 1lb in the handicap and needs to bounce back.
Hasn't won in her career to date but consistently runs into a place, including when a solid second over C&D towards the end of July. Off a likeable mark and every chance there is more to come from her.
Has been kept busy since landing C&D handicap but has found higher marks a struggle. Not disgraced when beaten over 5f here a week ago but needs to improve to turn the form around with some rivals.
Has been well held on seven starts to date on the track and change of yard hasn't yielded any change in fortunes. Likely to be quite limited and this looks a tall order.

Dream House (5/2), Economic Crisis (3/1), Amazing Alba (3/1), Burmese Blazer (7/2), Northern Society (9/2), Lord Of The Glen (10/1), Just A Rumour (18/1)
AMAZING ALBA has hit the crossbar on all of her starts to date but is still being given a chance by the handicapper for the moment, her latest effort is the standout piece of form for this standard and looks to be the one to beat. Economic Crisis is another mare to have shown an affinity for this track and can be expected to run her usual race without winning, while Burmese Blazer is another that falls into that bracket and looks to have the draw of the race.
- Amazing Alba
- Economic Crisis
- Burmese Blazer
