Went close at Ayr (7f, heavy) in novices' company last season, but not as good as that in three handicaps so far this term. Best of those came last time at Carlisle (1m3f, good to soft). Visor may help, and should be very competitive after 3lb drop.
Showed a bit of promise in novice events and ran on well to be 2L second at Bath (1m2f, good to firm) on her handicap debut last time. Hood now goes on, and she is short-listed, though still has to prove herself on slow ground.
Improving with each of his four runs, the last two since joining this trainer. Has it to prove on slow ground, but plenty of encouragement from his handicap debut when stepped up to this trip at Chepstow last time. Considered.
Made the frame in a Kempton nursery (1m, AW) at a juvenile last October, and also on soft ground in a Yarmouth classified event (1m) in June, but looks in need of improvement from this current mark.
Showed some promise in a Windsor novice event on penultimate start, but little to get excited about on the evidence of his Salisbury handicap debut (1m2f, firm) last time. Drops 3lb, but plenty to prove at present.
Largely underwhelming so far, but did show a bit more last time, when just over 3L fourth on his debut for this stable. Drops a further 1lb, and it would be no surprise to see him get more competitive.
Hadn't shown a huge amount until last time out, when an eased-down 4½L winner of a Leicester seller (1m2f, heavy). Has 6lb penalty to shoulder now back in handicap company, so needs to raise her game to back that up.
Has shown little in three quickfire novice/maiden outings. Initial mark looks harsh strictly on those runs, but no surprise to see him begin to show more now handicapping.
Best effort so far came on her handicap debut at Lingfield (1m1f, good to firm) last time, when a neck second (ahead of Ragstone Cowboy). Should be able to improve on that and can't rule her out.
Has failed to figure in nine starts so far. Readily opposed.
Ran reasonably well over C&D (soft) when fourth, beaten just over 4L, in June. Well beaten next time at Beverley, and then pulled up at Stratford over hurdles since. 1lb 'wrong' and hard to fancy.
