There look to be one or two improving types in this and despite some top-class entries Above may prove vulnerable again under his penalty although he should be suited by the step up to 7f. Magic Timing is certain to take a step forward from his debut over 6f with the extra furlong one that he will appreciate. Mark Johnston is having a fabulous year (just recorded 50 winners in July) and his newcomer Um Elnadim can’t be ignored. SAINT OF KATOWICE has proved to be steadily progressive with the step up to 7f suiting him last time and getting weight plus Sean Davis’s claim may just tip the scales in his favour for a deserved first win.
