Winner of three of his 11 Flat starts on turf including landing a double in the spring. Ran a gallant race in the Duke Of Edinburgh stakes at Royal Ascot when last seen in June. Holds strong place claims.
Solid type who was winning the fourth race of his career in nine starts when landing a five-runner Navan handicap in June. Needs to improve on a couple of below par efforts since.
Has failed to add to his maiden win at Killarney 12 months ago. Well held here over 2m1f on Monday. Trainer has won this event with three of his last six runners including the last couple of renewals with Whiskey Sour and Nessum Dorma.
Won at the fourth time of asking in a Down Royal 1m2½f maiden in May before a couple of defeats since. Gutsy mare who will once again give a good account of herself without worrying the main protagonists.
Solid sort who is two from four career starts winning on his last couple of starts at Clonmel in April before landing a Curragh handicap over this trip in June off a 5lb lower mark. Very interesting contender in this contest.
Deservedly off the mark on turf on his sixth turf start at Leopardstown in May before going down by a neck at Down Royal in June. Carries a penalty for recent deeds but far from certain to stop a big effort here.
Ability shown in a couple of spins at Cork was brought to fruition as the daughter of Camelot landed a Navan and Down Royal double in June. Looks to be an improving sort and merits plenty of respect.
Four race maiden generally well held on each occasion including a dismal effort at Killarney last month. Yard have hit the frame with three of their last five runners in the contest without landing the main prize.
Winner of two of his 14 starts on the Flat and ran well in defeat here on Monday over 2m1f. Yard hold a strong record in this contest winning the last two renewals including a first (Neesun Dorma 14/1) and third (Limini at EvensF) 12 months ago.
Winner of three of a number of starts on the AW at Dundalk since the turn of the year. Out of sorts on turf recently and very hard to fancy against these rivals.
One of a number of winners for the yard at last months Bellewstown meeting before being well held when stepping in to Listed company at Down Royal last week. On balance probably has something to find in this company.
Currently on a six-race losing run and appears to be still in the firm grip of the handicapper racing 11lb higher than last winning mark. Others look more convincing.
