Anjaal half-brother to useful 2-y-o 5f-7f winner Shawaahid and 2-y-o 6f winner Shania Says. Trainer 2-9 with juvenile newcomers here this season, and merits respect.
Youmzain colt who cost £40,000 as a yearling. Unfancied and green when well held on Ascot debut, and would appear to be yard's second string here on riding arrangements.
Lawman half-brother to yard's useful 2-y-o 7f winner Thrave and 1¼m winner Seascape. Holds a Derby entry, but yard without a debutant 2-y-o winner in over a year, however.
Frankel half-brother to smart 1m-1m2½f winner Jet Away and 1m3f winner Checkpoint. Yard has a 30% record with 2-y-o debutants here since last summer, and this well-bred colt is shortlisted accordingly.
Zoffany half-brother to 1m/1m½f winner Why We Dream. In excellent hands, but yard has a surprisingly poor record with newcomers at this track (3-62 in last 5 years), which tempers confidence.
Dawn Approach colt out of an unraced half-sister to G2 1½m winner Mouramara. Makes only a little appeal on pedigree despite a Derby entry, and yard is just 1-27 with juvenile debutants in recent years.
Full-brother to smart handicapper Clongowes out of Yorkshire Oaks winner Punctilious. Yard 2-18 with 2-y-o debutants here this year, and this colt appeals more than most on breeding.
240,000 gns full-brother to useful 1¼m winner Lascar, and half-brother to other winners. Stayed on well after a slow start when second on debut over C&D, and sets the standard, with improvement highly likely.
Raven's Pass colt out of an unraced mare. and didn't break the bank at €27,000. Yard has a decent record with newcomers, though, so needs a market check.

URSA MINOR needed the experience here on debut, but ended up shaping extremely well in finishing second. It will take a smart newcomer to lower his colours, although both Military March and Jacksonian have likeable pedigrees, and merits consideration if strong in the market.
