Six-race maiden but only seem a matter of time before the Darsi gelding gets of the mark if his three starts this season are anything to go by. Worth a market check on handicap debut making his first Irish appearance.

Without a win in four maiden hurdles to date and was being pushed along on his latest start at Cork earlier this month when falling two out in the 2m contest. Looks a tall order off current mark.

Age: 6|  Weight: 11-9| J: Sean O'Keeffe(7)| T: N Meade| OR:  106
7/2
Given plenty of chances to get off the mark in his four hurdle starts to date. Second of 19 beaten ½L on his latest start at Down Royal last month when keeping on well for pressure. One of the more intriguing contenders on handicap debut.

Age: 7|  Weight: 11-6| J: A McCurtin(5)| T: J J Walsh| OR:  103
12/1
Winner of two of his 18 hurdle starts but is currently on a eight-race losing run. Beaten 89L on his latest start and not in the form required to play a part still 7lb higher than last winning mark.

Age: 6|  Weight: 11-6| J: J S McGarvey| T: D Cullen| OR:  103| D
8/1
Winner of a Cork maiden hurdle in September getting off the mark for connection at the sixth time of asking over timber. May have needed the run on return to action at Kilbeggan last month and possible best watched here.

Draycott Placet10
Age: 10|  Weight: 11-5| J: Liam Quinlan(7)| T: J P Ryan| OR:  102| CD
13/2
Course winner who has also won over this trip. The Oscar gelding was successful over the larger obstacles here in May and was not beaten far over C&D three weeks earlier. Place claims possibly for veteran now racing 22lb lower than last winning mark

Third of 17 beaten a little over 2L in a Down Royal handicap hurdle on St Stephens day remains the Millenary geldings career best to date. Well held on three occasions since and others look more convincing in this contest.

Solar Heat46
Age: 10|  Weight: 11-0| J: C J Orr(5)| T: Mrs D A Love| OR:  97| C| D
12/1
One from 26 over hurdles but has not been disgraced in two of his last three starts over timber. On a 4lb lower mark than her last win, it would come as no surprise to witness a big run here.

Jensent38
Age: 7|  Weight: 10-13| J: J M Moore| T: G P Cromwell| OR:  96
25/1
Five-race maiden over hurdle who has been beaten over 50L on his last three starts over timber. Well held on stable debut at Downpatrick last month and best watched in this contest unless the market suggests otherwise.

Horse silk
Trenchtown Rockh7
Age: 6|  Weight: 10-9| J: D F O'Regan| T: V T O'Brien| OR:  92
20/1
Winner of two of his 10 starts over hurdles with the second of those wins coming in a Wexford handicap in April off a 7lb lower mark. Last of 12 from his revised mark last week and one to watch in the betting quickly turned out again.

Chaparral Dream14
Age: 4|  Weight: 10-5| J: S A Shortall| T: A McGuinness| OR:  94
4/1
Without a win in five hurdle starts but the High Chaparral gelding produced a career best effort when finishing third of 17 beaten 4L in a Roscommon handicap over 2m½f earlier this month. Progressing with promise and one to have onside.

Horse silk
Elusive Exclusive19
Age: 6|  Weight: 10-5| J: A Ring| T: P J Rothwell| OR:  88
50/1
Modest 62-rated handicapper for trainer Pat Murphy and well down the pack on stable debut in a Tipperary maiden hurdle earlier this month. That was the geldings fourth defeat over timber and looks no nearer to breakthrough success here.

Horse silk
Kilcolgan Rocket14
Age: 6|  Weight: 9-12| J: Brendan Powell| T: S J Mahon| OR:  81
50/1
Seven-race maiden over hurdles who has been looking a little overwhelmed in a number of innocuous efforts since returning to action in May. Handicap continues to fall but hard to make a case for the gelding just yet.

Feisty Madam14
Age: 6|  Weight: 9-11| J: Phillip Enright| T: S J Mahon| OR:  80
66/1
Without success in 12 starts over hurdles and overall record casts doubt on her ability to get competitive off bottom weight in this company.

Verdict

The Gigginstown House Stud-owned IFICUDIWUD will have frustrated connections by hitting the frame in his last three starts but the gelding can get off the mark at the fifth time of asking here. The Gordon Elliott-trained six-year-old can land the spoils here in a competitive contest ahead of the fast improving Chaparral Dream for the inform Ado McGuinness-yard and course winner and multiple distance victor Draycott Place who can still be a threat despite advancing years. Trenchtown Rock and Solar Heat can both go well at a price.
