Dark Angel colt, cost 135,000gns as a yearling. Yard have a 20% strike rate with their 2yos here and can ready them first time out. Looks one of the more interesting ones on paper.
New Approach colt, cost €40,000 as a foal, price moving to 38,000gns as a yearling. Showed some promise on debut here last month but needs a lot more here.
Kodiac colt, €68,000 as a yearling, related to some smart French winners and makes some appeal on breeding, but yard not noted for debut 2yo winners and on that, is best watched.
Oasis Dream colt, not cheap at 320,000gns as a yearling, and was expected to do better on debut at Goodwood, but flopped. Soft ground a possible excuse there and could do better today. Market may guide.
425,000gns as a yearling; half-brother to the French 1m1f winner Ebony; dam winning over a similar trip. Ran well on Haydock debut to finish second, staying on nicely late, and should do better again here. Solid chance.
Cost €42,000 as a yearling, price rising to €62,000 as a 2yo. Related to a few French winners but yard 0-10 with 2yos first time up over the past year and on that, others make more appeal.
Toronado colt, €13,500 foal, price rising to £85,000 as a 2yo. Didn't pull any trees up on Newmarket debut and may want further already, but could do a bit better here.
Cost €82,000 as a yearling, holds Derby entry although breeding suggests that trips around a mile may be his forte. Yard 4-35 with their 2yos first time up over the past year, so worth a look in the market for support.
Farrh colt, cost 300,000gns as a 2yo. Well bred and yard have a superb 38% strike rate with 2yos first time out over the past year. Looks one of the main players on paper, and market support would be significant.
Gleneagles colt, ninth foal and half-brother to 6 winners including the yard's useful miler Abseil. Yard 4-40 with their 2yos first time out over the past year, and they tend to let them find their feet. Best watched unless well supported.
Wootton Bassett colt, €125,000 as a yearling; third foal. Breeding suggests we won't see the best of him until he goes over middle distances and although this is a suitable start point, others make more appeal.
Zoffany colt, 11th foal; half-brother to 4 Flat winners including the useful Highland Knight (1m-1m1f winner) and Rock Eagle (1m2f-1m4f). Another that will require further and is best watched on debut.
70,000gns yearling whose dam was a listed winner over 1m1f in France and is a half-brother to three-time winner Clotilde (1m) and Marylebone (7f). Last of six on debut at Sandown and on that, will need a big step up here.
95,000gns yearling, sixth foal; half-sister to 4 winners and makes some appeal on pedigree. Yard 18% with their 2yos first time out over the past 12 months and on that, is at least worth a glance in the market.

Enchiper sets the standard after his debut second at Haydock and it's a good standard too. However, there are some useful looking newcomers on paper, with Ascencion and NATIVE TRIBE heading them and preference is for the Charlie Appleby inmate due to an impressive strike rate with them on their debuts. Desert Palms was clearly expected to do better on debut and maybe that run is best forgiven.
