Most appealing runner in the line-up. Took a 7f handicap in good style at this track last week and had previously produced a respectable pair of runs beforehand. Should go very well when in such good form.
Not been in sparkling form lately, but was victorious in this contest last year off 1lb lower. Does have to step up upon previous showings, including his seventh of 14 over C&D last month but isn't fully dismissed.
Been given a short break since posting a below-par effort over C&D when eighth. Strung together a good collection of runs over C&D last summer and interesting to see how she fares. Market vibes may be informative.
Returns to turf after a couple of decent efforts on the AW in which he hinted at a return to form, especially when a staying-on fourth at Lingfield (1m; standard). Ran respectably at this track over 7f not long ago and he is an interesting runner.
Benefitted for the step up to 1m when springing a 100-1 surprise to win over C&D last week. Only been raised 2lb and she is lightly raced so there is every reason to believe she has more to offer.
Gone well here in the past (won twice over C&D) but finished some way behind Miss Recycled and Joyful Dream last time out. Subsequently has work to do and others have a more solid look to their profiles.
Never won a race in 40 attempts but denied by just a short-head when second to Miss Recycled over C&D last week. Was a good second prior to that too so is evidently in a good place at present and remains on the shortlist.
Posted another fair effort on her second handicap start behind a trio of in-form rivals at Chelmsford (7f; standard) last week. Is slowly progressing and should be able to take another step forward again. Of plenty interest.
Likes it here and has been placed five out of her last seven starts at this venue. Not too far behind Hedging over 7f here last time, and there is hope she may be able to reverse that form as she makes her debut at 1m.
Possesses a hit-and-miss profile. Unable to reproduce promising fourth over C&D two starts back, when only managing to finish 10th last time behind shock winner Miss Recycled. Work on to reverse that form before taking him seriously.
Had been in fairly good form prior to throwing in two shocking efforts the last twice. Subsequently cannot be fancied off the back of those two runs and unlikely to trouble the leading candidates.
Tailed off by some way on handicap debut at Chelmsford (1m2f; standard). Never involved in any of her three starts in maidens prior to that. Competes off a basement mark now but is impossible to recommend on all known form. Best watched.
Another 4lb lower than for uninspiring Lingfield (1m4f; standard) run last time. Likely to be sent off at a similarly big price again and can only be watched until offering more encouragement.

The pair to focus on are the two last time out winners HEDGING and Miss Recycled. The former is narrowly preferred as the manner in which he scored over 7f at this track last week was a bit more comfortable than the narrow margin the latter won by when causing a 100-1 shock over C&D. Joyful Dream should be involved once again as he was only gunned down late on by Miss Recycled, and it will be fascinating to see how that pair fare as they renew their rivalry. Come On Bear is also worth a mention as she is still unexposed and has shown improvement on both her runs to date in this sphere.
- Hedging
- Miss Recycled
- Joyful Dream
