Likes it here, twice a winner at the track and placed another three times. Not shown much in two starts this term but soft ground possibly against him last time and may be fitter now. Place chances here.
Wins tend to be few and far between, last one coming in March of last year, but has plenty of placed form here. However, has plenty on at these weights and can't really be considered for win purposes.
The one to beat on form, and the fact he's been absent since last September is no problem, as he has won after an absence before. Slightly worrying to see one with his talent in a seller but all the same, surely the one to beat.
Useful sprinter at peak, now on downgrade but at least comes here in form after two recent placed efforts. Track won't be an issue and he's one to consider for the places, at the very least.
Already looks on the downgrade and comes here in no form to speak of, although his fifth at Thirsk two starts back wasn't a disaster. Needs plenty more here if he's to get involved.
No win in 16 starts and appears to be regressing. Trip and likely ground both fine but hard to make much of a case for him on recent efforts.
One win and three places from seven starts here, so clearly likes the place. Hard to win with these days but is running with some consistency and a return to one of his favourite haunts could see him do better again.
Comes here in winning form, having taken a similar event at Hamilton last week, so no question over wellbeing. Should take to this track (close second at Redcar time before gives hope) and looks one of the main contenders.
No win in 14 starts and on recent evidence, doesn't look like breaking his duck here tonight either. Has the plot draw but little else to recommend.
Only had the nine starts but already looks to be on the downgrade, and quickly too. Tried over a mile last time, to no avail, and hard to make any sort of case for.
Well beaten last three starts and hard to see where the necessary improvement to throw down any sort of challenge is coming from. Can't be entertained.

Forecasts
Hard Solution (6/5), B Fifty Two (7/1), Alfred The Grey (8/1), Adam's Ale (8/1), Coastal Drive (8/1), Extrasolar (10/1), Someone Exciting (16/1), Yorkshire Rover (25/1), Soldier Blue (28/1), Windforpower (66/1), Dothraki (80/1), Slieve Donard (125/1)
It's slightly disconcerting to see a horse with ADAM'S ALE's ability in a seller, as it might signify that connections simply think he's no longer up to it, but given he's got a decent record fresh and is simply the best horse at the weights, if he does retain his ability he ought to be up to winning this. If he does win, expect to see some action in the post-race auction for him. If he misfires, then it's up for grabs - the same yard's B Fifty Two, Extrasolar and the in-form Hard Solution all hold chances, with Hard Solution just nosing it.
