One of five speculative entries in this race by his trainer. No sign of ability over various trips. Cheek pieces now replace blinkers.
Poor maiden with no form to his name and impossible to make a case for. Also entered here in 7.30 Friday.
Placed over 6f at Chelmsford last season for previous trainer but has regressed this term when trying longer distances.
Three placed efforts from 35 career starts. Out of sorts this season and wouldn't appear to have the speed to take advantage of plum draw.
Any ability she has shown has been on the AW and turf form is very moderate to date. Readily dismissed.
Beaten miles at huge prices in three maidens and has an official handicap mark of just 10.
Third foal out of an unraced dam. Half-brothers Stoneyford Lane and Rantan both won at sprint trips and wouldn't have to be anything special to play a minor role on belated debut.
Beaten just the one rival to date in trio of maidens and blinkers tried last time quickly dispensed with now.
Promise on 7f Newbury debut last month and while he didn't improve on second start, perhaps the soft ground and drop down to 6f was against him. No excuses on that score here and could hardly have been found a weaker opening.
Second foal of a dam who won at up to 2m. Half-brother won at 1m4f so likely to find things happening all too quickly at this trip on debut.
Much improved from debut on recent reappearance at Thirsk when decent second after front running ride. Both runs have been on soft but clear form chance if coping with this quicker surface.
Bought from Fozzy Stack for 4,500 gns in early May. Three runs to date have all been on the AW at Dundalk and showed a modicum of ability on the second of them but likely is one for handicaps further down the line.
Tailed off last only run since wind surgery and another for whom it is impossible to make a case for.
Hasn't progressed and has tried various trips with little success. Showed a little ability on turf as a juvenile but something to prove for now.
Forecasts
Puerto Banus (4/5), Ambersand (2/1), Symphony (7/1), Alltami (10/1), Hide Your Heart (18/1), Eternal Destiny (20/1), Isabella Ruby (50/1), Red Derek (50/1), Henrietta's Dream (66/1), Hilbre Lake (66/1), Pritty Livvy (66/1), Highcastle (80/1), Mr Wing (100/1), Piccolo Ramoscello (100/1)
A race with very little depth and plenty just making up the numbers. In what appears to be effectively a match the selection is PUERTO BANUS over Ambersand in the hope that the return to 7f and better ground will be in his favour. Alltami is a newcomer related to winners and mat be good enough in such a race to hit the frame on debut.
- Puerto Banus
- Ambersand
- Alltami
