5/1
Stablemate of Bright Idea. Improved from debut when ¾Lsecond of 9 to Royal Lytham in an extended 5½f maiden at Navan last time, headed close home having led most of the way. Appears yard's number one on riding arrangements.

Full-brother to 5f-7f winner Strangerinthenight and 2-y-o 6f winner The Galla Girl, out of a 1¼m winner. Yard's juveniles tend to need experience (0-25 this season), and fitting of a hood looks a negative.

25/1
Full-brother to useful 2-y-o 1m winner Howling Ridge and half-brother to useful 1m winner Punked. Will need further in all likelihood, although yard's previous juvenile runner this year was runner-up on debut.

Out of a Listed-winning sister to Irish 2000 Guineas winner Magician. Kept on well for hand riding when 3¾L third of 11 to Mohican Heights in a 7f maiden at Leopardstown, and is the type to learn plenty from that experience.

By Pivotal out of a modest 1m½f winner. Yard 2-19 with 2-y-o's in 2019, including a debutant winner, but others make a little more appeal on paper.

Homebred by Teofilo out of useful juvenile winner Taisce Nasiunta. Yard's only 2-y-o winner this year had the benefit of a run, and this colt is likely to need the experience on debut.

By Epaulette out of a 5f winner, but cost just €1,000 as a yearling, and yard 0-16 with juveniles since 2017, so makes very limited appeal on racecourse bow.

10/1
Raced on the wrong side of the track when down the field on debut at Tipperary in April, but sent off at just 11/4 there, and this half-brother to 2-y-o 7f winner Brogan is clearly thought capable of better.

By Red Clubs out of a poor maiden half-sister to Irish Grand National-placed Band of Blood. First juvenile runner of the year for the yard, and others more appealing.

25/1
Holy Roman Emperor half-brother to useful 1¼m/1m3f winner Swacadelic and 1½m-2m winner Sebastian's Wish, from family of Breeders' Cup Turf winner Shirocco. Likely to win races, although bred to need a stiffer test than this.

240,000 gns Gleneagles half-brother to smart 7f-1¼m winner Hawksmoor and useful 2-y-o 6f winner Magical Fire. Makes plenty of appeal on paper, although stable jockey rides Masteroffoxhounds.

By Sidestep out of a mare who showed little, but is well bred. Sales price increased to €60,000 earlier this year, and that alone means he needs a market check for all yard is yet to strike with current 2-y-o crop.

Verdict

Dark Vader looks the pick of an interesting pair from the Joseph O'Brien stable having been nailed late at Navan, but there is plenty more to come from MASTEROFFOXHOUNDS after a kind introduction at Leopardstown, and he looks the one to be with on that evidence. Stablemate Royal Dornoch cost a pretty penny, and while he appears the neglected on riding arrangements, could easily have a part to play.
