Six-race maiden but back to early form for Roger Charlton on second start for this yard in a first-time hood (retained). Seemed suited by cut in the ground and stayed on as though this extra two furlongs should suit.
Has progressed in two starts in handicaps and only narrowly denied when staying on at first try at this trip at Thirsk. Has more to offer for a stable bang in form and a leading contender.
Won a Grade 2 bumper over 1m4f during his time in France but has so far been modest for current connections. Plenty more needed on handicap debut from previous three efforts on the Flat.
Chasing a hat-trick and a fourth win this year. Impressively pulled readily away for a career best effort at Lingfield last time that suggested he can defy this 5lb penalty and remain ahead of the handicapper for now.
Placed on handicap debut last year off 11lb higher but hasn't really looked like losing maiden tag despite this falling mark. Well beaten on reappearance and remains best watched.
Sole win from nine starts came on quicker ground but off this current mark. Tailed off at 50/1 on recent stable and season debut and hard to fancy despite drop in class.
Not the force of old and still 2lb higher than last win. Tailed off at Wolverhampton (AW) following wind surgery on season reappearance and likely one to overlook again.
Well handicapped on two wins for Dean Ivory but very disappointing in both starts since joining this stable. Plenty more required and hard to be confident in at present.
Remains a maiden following 18 starts and last three runs have been very poor and offered little hope for now. Stable also quiet at present so easy to look elsewhere.
Has now gone 22 starts without a win and recent form has looked regressive. Hard to still know what his best trip is and others readily preferred.
Twice a winner over 1m2f on the AW earlier this year but his fifth over the same trip here two starts back showed he has the ability on turf. Heavy ground a valid excuse last time and stays this trip. Rates an each-way hope.
Five-race maiden returns from a lengthy 252-day absence. Only one run of promise so far and that came in a slowly run affair. Easy to overlook on return.
Sole win came from 6lb higher on the AW over this distance for Eve Johnson Houghton. Failed to impress since over hurdles for Dan Skelton and tailed off twice for this yard back on the Flat. Remains hard to fancy.
13-race maiden has been poor on the AW the last twice. Makes the switch to turf for the first time but huge improvement required to be involved on first run for new stable.
Has improved with a greater test of stamina the last twice with a win and a second on the AW. New stable seem to have revitalised her and old Irish turf form would suggest she's got more to come off just 1lb higher. Respected again.
Remains a maiden following 12 starts and her best form has come at a touch shorter. Better in first time blinkers (retained) when a well held fourth last time over 1m6f but that's still a fair way from her best.

Maroon Bells is proving progressive and has every chance of going one better following a narrow defeat for a stable who can do little wrong at present. She could easily have got the verdict but narrow preference is for the hat-trick seeking KINGFAST who is improving at a rate of knots and really took a big leap forwards in his latest success. Kodi Koh can transfer her good recent AW form back to turf and along with Be Thankful are others to consider.
- Kingfast
- Maroon Bells
- Kodi Koh
