Has shown his strongest turf form on soft ground, and just 2lb higher than when winning at Doncaster last October. Solid third to Global Gift at Carlisle (1m, soft) three weeks ago off this mark, and enters calculations.

Has shown promise on a couple of occasions and didn't seem to face blinkers when a fair fourth at Redcar last time. Has been gelded since, and headgear dispensed with now.

Made a promising start here last August, but has failed badly to build on that effort, and again ran poorly on his handicap debut at Windsor last time. Might have needed that, but has plenty to prove.

Won off this mark at Wolverhampton in March for Mark Johnston, but has quickly gone the wrong way, and no sign of a revival in two runs for new yard. One to avoid.

Big prices for all starts to date, and while she appeared to show marked improvement when sixth of 15 to Manana Chica in a 7f maiden here on her penultimate start, she failed to confirm that form next time, and looks flattered.

Back to the mark off which he won a 6f nursery at Redcar in October. Not disgraced since, and shaped as if worth a try at this trip when staying on into third at Beverley (7½f) last time.

Standout effort for Marco Botti when third at Wolverhampton in March. Not gone on from that, but new yard does well with others' cast-offs, so not dismissed out of hand.

Progressing gradually in novice company, and best effort when fifth of 9 to Biometric in 7f event at Salisbury last time. Goes handicapping off a very fair mark, and should have more to offer.

No impact in a trio of runs to date, but looks to have been brought along with handicaps in mind, so not a big surprise to see him leave a poor effort at Lingfield behind him. Market will tell a tale.

Ran quite well when fourth of 6 in a Chepstow handicap over 1m last month, but efforts either side of that don't read so well, and he's opposable again.

Forecasts

My Boy Lewis (7/2), House Deposit (4/1), Osho (9/2), Potenza (5/1), Maqaadeer (5/1), Shaleela's Dream (8/1), Foxes Flyer (14/1), Sandy Steve (16/1), Raha (20/1), Lynchpin (20/1), Rock Up In Style (33/1)

Verdict

Not the strongest race of its type, and handicap debutant OSHO looks capable of defying the assessor having shown gradually progressive form to date. Top-weight My Boy Lewis is feared most, but House Deposit is also of interest now back on his last winning mark and he looked worth a try at this trip when staying on into a place at Beverley last time.
