Has thrived since joining first season trainer Phil Makin (42212), undertaking plenty of his recent racing over 6f at Thirsk; 7lb above his last winning mark, albeit was beaten just ¾L off this perch last week (on good/soft).
C&D winner last July (good to firm); 7lb higher in the weights having won three times on the AW at Newcastle (6f) since; slowly away and never able to challenge (tenth of 14) when switched back to turf over C&D three weeks ago.
Without a win since May 2018 (5f, Catterick) but is now a handy 15lb lower in the handicap; does stay this 6f trip (runner up on a couple of occasions), although has been doing all of his racing over the minimum trip lately.
Won four races during the course of 2018, including over C&D (gd/firm) last June; has eased dramatically in the weights since last back-end (some 13lb or so); showed speed, and more encouraging signs, when sixth of 12 over C&D latest; place claims.
On a hat-trick following wins either side of the summer campaign; 4lb higher than when defying traffic problems to beat Bronze Beau by a neck here (5f, good to firm) last month; chance, but a career best effort is required.
Struck for his in-form trainer when justifying market support at Beverley (5f, good) last month; was a beaten favourite off today's mark in a stronger Class 4 race at Ayr next up; should cope with this extra furlong.
Short-head winner at Musselburgh (5f, good to firm) last September; back to form when finishing a neck second to Inspired Thought in a 6f 3yo handicap here last week; competes from a 3lb lower mark; holds every chance.

JORDAN ELECTRICS tackles his elders from a handy looking mark which is 3lb lower than when finishing a neck second to the Archie Watson-trained Inspired Thought over C&D last week, so if he is ever to add another win to his CV (1-12), it must surely be today under nigh identical conditions. The most obvious danger is the in-form Scuzeme who has thrived (mainly at Thirsk) since joining first season trainer and former rider Phil Makin. Of the remainder, Mr Wagyu could represent some each-way value at fairly rewarding odds.
