Sole win from 28 careers starts came for Richard Hannon back in 2016 and remains 5lb higher. Has paid the price at the weights for his consistency but comes here off the back of two poor runs.
Now 3lb below last winning mark but needs to leave a poor run following wind surgery behind. Both wins have come on the AW and questionable whether soft ground suits. Plenty to prove at present.
Won Irish 7f maiden on heavy ground last term for Dermot Weld and has shown signs of a revival last two outings for current handler. 1lb lower than when runner-up at Southwell last time. Primed for a big run.
Approaching two years without a win despite being 12lb lower. Ended last season out of form but shaped with promise on return over this C&D when running on well after not getting a clear run. Acts on most ground and should go well.
11lb below last winning mark, having scored twice in 2017 for John Mackie. Only had one start last year and has shaped well on her last two starts for her new stable. Conditions suit and should be competitive again.
Five-time winner over this distance and suited by testing conditions, however last win came back in October 2017. Remains out of form and was very poor in a weaker grade last start. Others look much stronger candidates.
Remains a maiden following five Flat starts and hasn't been seeing out his races well enough. Needs to find plenty of improvement from last month's handicap debut. First time cheekpieces added.
Nine-race maiden following six starts for Richard Hannon and three for his new stable. Has raced to a similar level this year and that would need improving upon to figure here.
Eight-race maiden has shown his best form so far with some juice in the ground but well below that in two starts this year. Down another 3lb and a softer surface may help but plenty more required.
Won a maiden on final start for Ed Dunlop in 2017 and lightly raced since. Has only beaten a total of three rivals home in five poor efforts for current stable and readily opposed again.
Has struggled to get involved in four AW starts and dropped 4lb following a poor handicap debut. First start on turf and while he's with a strong stable, he's hard to make a case for.
Gelded son of Poet's Voice has shown precious little in three starts for current team and one previously for Charlie Appleby. Stable are in flying form but he remains best watched until signs of ability.
Forecasts
Luzum (3/1), The Stalking Moon (10/3), Inner Circle (5/1), Our Charlie Brown (7/1), Groupie (15/2), Billy Wedge (12/1), Dancing Speed (14/1), Mudawwan (16/1), Benji (25/1), Desai (33/1), Bagatino (50/1), Khitaamy (100/1)
LUZUM showed his best form over this trip and on testing ground when trained in Ireland and after hitting form for his current stable, the step up in distance should prove ideal. Groupie has been hard to win with but was unlucky on her return and should go close if building on the run. The Stalking Moon remains well handicapped.
