Has been down the field on all four starts since switching yards, including last time at Pontefract (5f, soft) when last of 12 after being slowly away. Has to be respected off this career low mark but needs to produce more than recent showings.
A C&D winner here last season in what was one of three victories across the year. Has been disappointing on both starts in 2019, including when 10th of 15 at York (7f) last time. Others preferred.
Has been busy on the AW earlier this year where he has had some success. Was disappointing last time on his return to turf when seventh of 12 at Pontefract (5f, soft). Capable of much more than last time. Each-way claims.
A C&D winner who has already won twice this season over 6f. Has a 5lb penalty for his latest success at Pontefract (6f) in a 11 runner field but he has been in excellent form recently. Leading contender.
An experienced gelding who is a C&D winner. Started the season with victory at Thirsk (6f) in a 17 runner field. Didn't follow up at Doncaster next time, however, he was right in the mix at Thirsk (6f) on latest start when third of 15. Good chance.
Has finished last on all of his three starts since switching yards, with his latest run coming in a 14 runner field at Carlisle (6f). Did win four times in 2018 but recent form has to be a real concern. Hard to make a case for.
Has been successful over this C&D on five occasions. Was back to winning ways at Thirsk (5f, good to soft) two starts back. Needs to bounce back from disappointing run at Ripon when he only had one horse behind him in a 12 runner field.
Has really dropped down the weights since last season. Could only finish sixth of 11 at Beverley (7½f) last time when going off as the 5/1 favourite. Has to be respected off this career low mark.
Won over this C&D last year. Returned to action at Thirsk (6f) last month where he ran like he needed the outing. Is now 2lb lower than last winning mark and should be sharper this time. Each-way claims.
His form has been poor this season but he did run much better last time at Hamilton (6f) when fourth of 15, just 1l behind the winner. Was once rated as high as 107 so is off a very winnable mark. One for shortlist.
Has won three times already this year on the AW. Ran moderately well at Thirsk (6f) on return to turf last month when sixth of 15, but was disappointing last time at Pontefract when he had one horse behind in a 11 runner field. Needs to bounce back.

TRICKY DICKY is in excellent form at the moment and should be backed to follow up his Pontefract victory with success here. He is a C&D winner so he knows all about getting his nose in front here. Lucky Beggar is capable of much more than his current mark so he is likely to go close again, while B Fifty Two is far better than his current mark if he can improve on his effort at Hamilton last time.

- B Fifty Two
