Last six wins have come at the minimum trip but his first success came over 7f. 4lb higher than last month's Ripon success but has won off this mark previously and handles cut in the ground. Chance back in grade for in form yard.
Twice a winner for Dermot Weld but lost her way in Ireland. Well held over 5f on stable debut but this distance is much more suitable and gets a drop in class. No surprise to see an improved effort.
Losing run now stretches back all to way to 2015 and proving inconsistent. Well capable of going close in this grade and suited by the return to turf but hardly one to have maximum faith in.
Seven-time winner handles any ground and now 4lb below last successful mark. Twice a winner over this C&D and this is very much his time of year. Has raced well in three starts this year, without the most luck and now down in class. Leading hope.
Has made quick progress since leaving Ed Dunlop with a second and a breakthrough success on start 15 for his new stable. Up 6lb but ran on strongly that suggests there's still plenty more to come. High draw but leading contender.
Gained a first win for his new yard and his first since taking a maiden when winning with plenty in hand over this C&D last time. Has raised his game since the fitting of a hood so could be up to 7lb rise and tougher grade.
Joined this yard after just two starts in Ireland but hasn't kicked on in handicaps since opening novice win. Down 2lb but any rain would pose a question back up in distance.
Gained a second career success when winning over 5f here in a first-time hood (retained since) but struggled up in class and on less suitable faster ground at Redcar. Back in class but yet to prove she's as effective at this trip.
Placed in last two of three runs since leaving Mark Johnston. Hasn't won since juvenile days in 2017 but back in class, handles the conditions and remains on an attractive mark. Well drawn and could go close.
Seasoned campaigner returned to action with a seventh career win when scoring over this C&D. and ran to a similar level in a higher grade at Doncaster. Handles any ground and although draw could have been kinder, he shouldn't be far away.
In great form this time last year with two wins and a second on his favoured fast ground. Remains lightly-raced but ran poorly on reappearance over this C&D. Better drawn here but ground remains a concern.
Won over this C&D in a grade lower at this meeting last year but hasn't repeated the feat since and still 2lb higher. Can be slowly away but broke better when second at Haydock latest, so well drawn if he can get away well again. Respected.
Just three wins from 32 starts and on an inconsistent run of form. Needs to find a fair bit of improvement on recent efforts and quicker ground would be more preferable.
In flying form in winning three of his last four AW starts with a below par effort on turf in between. Rated 20lb lower now on turf and although his only win in this sphere came with juice in the ground, he's overlooked from this draw.
Carries a 5lb penalty for an overdue second career success when scoring in heavy ground at Haydock. More rain would be very much in his favour but this draw poses a headache.

A very open and competitive affair for the grade and the draw could well play a major part with low numbers favoured lately. MR ORANGE looks to be running into some smart form and this is the time of year to catch him at his best. Also down in class Prestbury Park looks sure to go well again off his current mark. Global Spirit rates a clear danger as he remains very much on the upgrade for his new stable.
