4lb higher than victory over C&D in September but ran well when fourth on return in decent event at Ascot last time. Every chance despite steadier of top weight.
2014 Group 1 sprint winner but not the force of old. Didn't shape badly off 2lb higher mark at HQ last time though so a return to form not completely ruled out.
Two victories already this term at Ripon and was found out in hot race at York last time. This more his cup of tea but he may be in handicapper's grip now.
Scored over C&D in July last year off 3lb lower mark and has been knocking on the door last three starts this term and went close against in-form winner at Thirsk last time. May not be at all far away once again.
Won first time out for second successive season when scoring at Doncaster in April. Not beaten far both starts since and looked unlucky last time after stumbling badly at the start.
Wonvaluable Newbury Super Sprint as a juvenile for Richard Fahey but no joy since, much of the time off far higher marks than today. Shaped well enough last time on debut for new yard and is feasibly weighted if back on song.
Runner-up in 2016 Stewards' Cup off 103 having had a blisteringly successful campaign. No joy since though and has plummeted down weights. 3lb lower than latest disappointing effort and has point to prove at present.
Two of five career successes have come over C&D and has placed in two of four other visits here. Ideally suited by some give underfoot so any rain would probably help the cause.
Last win came in August at Salisbury having won over C&D in June 2017. Tends to start slowly so needs things to go his way and hasn't been in best of from last two starts.
Good third at Beverly penultimate start before disappinting latest on AW at Southwell. 10-33 on turf so shouldn't be underestimated off 12lb lower than his last turf success.
Pure 5f horse who scrambled home at Wolverhampton just after Christmas but hasn't hit peak form in two starts this spring since returning from a break. Others make more appeal.

This is something of a lottery so a chance is taken on SHOW PALACE backing up his good run on urf at Beverley two starts ago. His latest effort on Fibresand can be ignored and he is potentially well handicapped on old form. There are plenty of old favourites capable of figuring in the finish if things drop their way, including the likes of Move In Time, Adam's Ale, Jabbarockie and Boundary Lane. Top weight Youkan is open to improvement and a big effort is certainly not ruled out either.
