Lost his way last year but better efforts in three starts this year and now gets a welcome drop in grade. Down 3lb and racing off an attractive mark and can be competitive. Any rain would be a further plus.
Has proven better suited by an AW surface in this country with his last win coming off 1lb higher at Newcastle. Has had wind surgery since his last run in March so market support would be interesting.
Finished last year poorly with three very disappointing efforts following his second at Newmarket. Does go well fresh so possible he could bounce back off a workable mark but rain probably required.
Has lost his way, despite plummeting mark, since winning on the AW at Lingfield in January. Yet to win at a trip this far and others remain more convincing.
All three wins at around this trip including over this C&D off 6lb higher last year. Struggling though to make an impression in three starts this year and needs plenty of rain to be seen at his best.
Still 2lb higher than his last win and probably needs to see plenty of rain to be a contender. Racing inconsistently of late and very disappointing at Carlisle last start. Others remain more convincing.
Remains a maiden following 10 starts and despite promise in his first three starts for current stable has been disappointing since, including on his season reappearance. Down 3lb but likely to find life tough again.
Four of his seven career wins have come over C&D, and took advantage of his plummeting mark to win a lady riders' event at Salisbury in September. Struggled in two starts since including on reappearance and others likely better handicapped.
C&D winner and successful twice last year. Has now fallen 5lb lower than the last of them. Proved disappointing in three of four starts this year and this is tougher. Stable has won this three times in the last 10 years
Sole win came on soft ground over 5f back in September 2017 and has now dropped to a very favourable mark. Short of room on promising reappearance and again out of luck in the run on his latest start. Rain would help but can go close.
Won at Newcastle on the AW last autumn over both 7f and a mile. but remains a maiden on turf following 16 starts. May have needed his reappearance but this is tougher still and likely best watched.

Keepup Kevin (5/2), Christmas Night (7/2), Somewhere Secret (11/2), Mutarakez (10/1), Kodiline (10/1), Fard (11/1), Dasheen (11/1), Roaring Forties (12/1), Mudawwan (14/1), Jo's Girl (16/1), Relight My Fire (25/1), Silk Mill Blue (50/1)
There's a few of these who would benefit from a fair amount of rain including MUTARAKEZ but he's probably still worth siding with on this welcome drop in grade and off a very good mark. Somewhere Secret is proving tough to win with but he's been an eye-catching runner when unlucky in both runs this campaign. Keepup Kevin has a very good record following a break and this is likely the best time to catch him.
