Ran on well to lead in the final furlong when scoring at Fairyhouse on debut before being well below that at Dundalk last year. Showed improvement though on her return when fifth over a mile and stayed on as though this trip will help. Leading hope.

Front running and highly progressive mare winning four from seven in 2018. Won fresh before completing a hat-trick and likely to be primed once again. Can be involved again although wouldn't want much more rain.

Vocalised filly was weak 14/1 when scoring on debut over 7f here in August on good to firm. Finished last over the same C&D in the Group 3 1,000 Guineas Trial last month but could go better on handicap debut, providing she handles the ground.

Took a big step forward from debut when winning a Killarney maiden (1m3f, good; 25-1) last summer. Has returned with two solid efforts just outside the places and now drops in distance and lowered 1lb. Can be competitive again.

Heavy ground 1m2f winner in France as a two-year-old and ran a couple of placed efforts last season to a similar level while proving inconsistent overall. That trend has continued for new yard in three starts this campaign and others more reliable.

Ran well as a juvenile and was not disgraced in a number of starts at three. Caught the eye when finishing third at Navan in March. Below that level in two maidens since but excuses latest and may improve at this trip.

Won a Dundalk maiden back in March but has yet to improve on that in four starts since. AW mark has dropped 3lb but still gets to race on turf off a further 3lb lower. Still has to prove she's as effective on this sort of surface.

Just three wins from 25 Flat starts with a losing streak stretching back now to July 2018 and still remains 7lb higher. Drop back in trip will help after going close over a half furlong shorter two runs back. Place possibilities.

Broke her maiden tag at Killarney last July and back on same winning handicap mark. Has proved inconsistent since and questionable as to whether ease in the ground will suit. Others preferred.

Maiden hurdle winner last month before struggling at Punchestown. Returns to the Flat. Yet to win in this sphere but backed into favouritism when a front running fifth over the C&D last month. Could be competitive again.

Forecasts

Bercasa (7/2), Dramatise (9/2), Shringara (6/1), Minnie Haha (13/2), Stormy Tale (7/1), Operatic Export (7/1), Sheila's Hope (8/1), Beyond Dance (14/1), Miss Zizi (16/1), High Street Lady (20/1)

Verdict

A very open handicap with all runners having some sort of claim. DRAMATISE remains lightly raced and there was a lot to like at the way she ran on late over a mile on her reappearance. The excuses are building for Minnie Haha but she isn't one to give up on just yet while Bercasa is fully fit and boosted by a recent hurdling win, should make a bold bid from the front.
  1. Dramatise
  2. Bercasa
  3. Minnie Haha
