Pierre gelding from an unraced dam, a surprise should he make a big splash on this first visit to the track.
Gelding by Scorpion out of a Luso who cost €12,000 as a three-year-old. Twice well beaten over hurdles so far but better effort last month in a bumper at Clonmel (2m, good) offers encouragement.
Stowaway gelding. Dam, bumper/fair 2m4f hurdle winner, with plenty stamina in pedigree. Should be suited by this test first time out, worth betting check.
Noroit gelding is a half-brother to French hurdle/chaser Attila de Sivola. Interesting newcomer for trainer Liz Doyle, who is 2-11 with bumper runners so far in 2019.
Third in sole point-to-point run in 2018 before being snapped up by Gigginstown. 15L fourth on bumper debut at Navan (2m, yielding) in February. Fitter now and longer trip to suit with potential improvement.
French bred gelding whose dam is from the family of useful chaser Or Jaune. Shaped with degree of promise on debut at Limerick last time, though perhaps not suited by testing going. Tongue-tie added now.
A €48,000 three-year-old, Kayf Tara gelding. Dam an unraced half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/useful chaser Kingsmere. Respected trainer and has Jamie Codd on board, shortlist material.
Shantou gelding. Dam a decent 2m hurdle winner, half-sister to fairly useful hurdler/chaser (stayed 2½m) Joe Cullen. Represnts best in the business on bumper debut.
Stowaway newcomer is the ninth foal out of top class race mare Liss A Paoraigh and a half-brother to two winners both successful in similar contests. Shaped well from unpromising position when fourth at Navan (2m, yielding to soft) on second start.
A €70,000 three-year-old, Germany gelding. He's a half-brother to bumper winner/fairly useful chaser Ready Token. Needs to improve on what he's done in two outings so far for Gordon Elliott.
Le Fou gelding from an unraced dam, well held on debut at Clonmel (2m4f, good to yielding) last month, major step forward required to land a blow here.
Place in sole point-to-point and rules career off to pleasing start when runner-up in Punchestown novice hurdle (2m4f, good to yielding) in February. Could have plenty to say now tackling a bumper.
Getaway gelding out of a Kahyasi mare. Dam French Flat maiden with form over 1m2f. Built on debut run (unseated) when second in Clonmel bumper last month. Capable of being involved again.
Let The Lion Roar horse. Dam unraced. Likely best watched on first start amongst a decent field here.
Dubai Destination gelding from an unraced dam, finished down the field last month on debut at Clonmel and hard to forecast required improvement here.
Gold Well mare. Dam a maiden hurdler out of bumper/2m-2m2f hurdle winner Boro Bow. Debut, trainer has more clear-cut contender in the field.
Dansant mare. Dam lightly raced in bumpers. Watching brief advised on racecourse bow, trainer has enjoyed a bumper scorer this year, though needed the run first time.
Doyen gelding, cost €24,000 as a yearling. Related to a bumper winner but no threat in one start last year and back from long layoff (Third Reserve).

General Counsel is a solid starting place, being out of a half-sister to Champion Bumper winner Joe Cullen and representing the Mullins stable on debut. He's sure to be popular but OPPOSITES ATTRACT ran a nice over hurdles at Punchestown on debut in February and could be a big player now switched to this sphere. The market will be full of clues with Goodbye Someday, Eleazar Des Neiges and Fancy Foundations all worth noting.
