War Front colt related to two winning juveniles. Stable had a winner with their first two-year-old runner of the season on Saturday and they introduced Caravaggio in this contest three years ago.

Backed from 20s down to 6s on debut here and showed speed until tiring. Will strip much fitter but the time was slow and she may need to lower her sights.
€60,000 yearling by the speedy No Nay Never. Dam has produced two middle-distance winners, most notably St Leger runner-up Ventura Storm. Yard off to a slow start with their Flat team but she remains of interest with an eye to the future.

No Nay Never filly related to three middle-distance winners and a juvenile who scored over a mile. Supported on debut when beaten by a fitter rival and she ran as though 6f would be better. Still the one to beat with the experience advantage.

Forecasts

Yesterdayoncemore (9/10), King Neptune (11/10), Shines Her Light (8/1), Lisard Zara (33/1)

Verdict

King Neptune will need to be monitored in the market given his pedigree and the fact his yard normally target this race. However, previous experience has told in the last two runnings of this contest and the Stack team saddled the 2017 winner. This year they rely on YESTERDAYONCEMORE who came in for sustained support ahead of her debut only to be denied by a highly regarded fitter rival. Shines Her Light has a pedigree to indicate she will win races over further, whilst Lisard Zara was fourth on debut and possibly faces a tougher task this time.
