Fended off subsequent winner Caballero when opening his account over extended 7f at Musselburgh on final start last term. Back in handicap company on return and more demanded.
Improved from debut when winning 6f maiden at Pontefract in September and solid enough run next at Yarmouth with softer ground against him. Goes handicapping on return and possible improver.
Dark Angel colt was ready winner of 1m Lingfield handicap on the AW most recently. 8lb higher back on turf and up in grade, but retains potential for further progress.
Runner-up in his last three starts (4-5 in total) and just got a frustrating air to him for now. Retains the headgear for handicap debut and others are deemed more likely to come home in front.
Justified the money that arrived when landing 7f novice contest on the AW at Southwell in December, sporting a first-time hood. Has been gelded since and could have more to give now sent handicapping.
Lawman colt getting the hang of things in three runs, especially having run green on debut. Goes up in distance for handicap debut after winter recess and likely can improve.
Mayson colt who is a half-brother to several winners. Ran a bit green first two turf starts, including over 7f on soft here, before landing Southwell novice in November on the AW. Should be more suited on this forecast ground back on turf.
Took a step forward when finishing fifth of 11 in 7f minor event here on final run of last season. Goes handicapping on return and probably has further improvement to find.
Forecasts
White Coat (5/2), Reloaded (11/4), On The Line (10/3), Absolutio (11/2), Tucson (17/2), Amadeus Grey (16/1), Gremoboy (40/1), Here's Rocco (40/1)
ABSOLUTIO was well supported to win at Southwell in December, so any money behind him will increase confidence, and he looks capable of taking another step forward now handicapping and having been gelded since that success. Pontefract winner Reloaded possibly wouldn't have fancied the soft ground at Yarmouth last time and is better than he showed while On The Line is much-respected despite going up 8lb for his AW success at Lingfield.
