Fulfilled debut promise when scoring at Lingfield when she was a little keen and edged left under pressure. Hood fitted this time and stable have a 33% strike rate with three-year-olds at this venue. Yard's first UK runner of 2019.

Kingman filly who got off the mark in a weak looking event at Kempton which was run at a modest pace. Has a slight fitness advantage over her chief rival and stable's horses are going well.

Makes little appeal on pedigree nor on a debut effort lacking promise. This may be a less competitive event but others make more appeal.

Related to no fewer than eight winners. Has looked very green on both starts to date and she has 7L to find with Yimkin on her debut form.

Nathaniel filly related to several winners. Weak in the market on Wolverhampton debut when well-beaten last of 10 and she will need to have improved considerably since.
Sea The Stars filly and a half-sister to winner Magnetique. Made little impression on her debut in November and stable jockey prefers Yimkin.

140,000 gns War Command filly and half-sister to Great Page who was a Group 3 winner for this stable and who also won on his debut. Sire's progeny have better stats on turf but she is still worth noting in the market for an ordinary event.

Forecasts

Diamond Oasis (10/11), Yimkin (2/1), Wareeda (9/2), Fouz (8/1), Dusty Damsel (25/1), Mystiquestar (25/1), Grape Shot (50/1), Masai Spirit (66/1), Al Anaab (100/1)

Verdict

Wareeda is an interesting newcomer in receipt of her allowance in an ordinary looking event. YIMKIN and Diamond Oasis are both previous winners with the latter representing a yard that do well here. The Ifraaj filly landed a minor race at Lingfield and the fitting of a hood looks a wise move given she proved hard to settle. The selection's Kempton victory was gained despite a muddling pace and there is little to separate her and the Godolphin runner. However, she has less to prove in terms of fitness and stable form so that may be enough to swing matters her way.
  1. Yimkin
  2. Diamond Oasis
  3. Wareeda
