Gelded son of Helmet who cost 150,00 gns as a yearling but was snapped up for only £1,500 at the sales last summer. May have had a few problems given that history and is best watched on belated debut.
Rock Of Gibraltar out of a Dubawi mare and is closely related to a winning sprinter. Makes his racecourse bow and his good pedigree makes him of interest if the market speaks in his favour.
Dark Angel colt who cost connections 45,000 gns and is a half-brother to multiple winner The Resdev Way among others. Shaped in pleasing fashion when sixth of 14 on debut over 7f at Newbury in September so is one to note on return to action.
Gelded son of Lope De Vega whose dam was a juvenile winner in Italy. Represents respected connections so is clearly one to be interested in as he makes his racecourse bow.
Several promising efforts as a juvenile, but was out of his depth on final start in a valuable sales race at Doncaster. Leading chance on form, but may be vulnerable to less exposed rivals.
By Bated Breath, he cost 85,000 gns as a yearling and possesses plenty of speed in his pedigree. Easy to back when promising fourth of 11 in a Yarmouth maiden on debut last September and is open to improvement for top trainer/jockey combination.
Gelded son of Motivator whose dam won over 6f in France. Stable going well, but is not normally noted for winning debutants so this one is probably one to watch with the future in mind.
Stepped up on debut when fair fourth of 10 over C&D earlier this month, running on well after failing to get a clear run. Wears a hood for the first time and is one of the more interesting contenders.
Well held, but not disgraced, in two novice events at this venue. Stoutly bred and should do better over longer distances, probably in handicap company.
Australia colt who fetched 100,000 gns as a yearling. Stable companion of Al Moataz and looks the yard's number one on jockey bookings. May need further than this in time, but is one to keep an eye on in the betting on debut.
Fourth foal of 1m2f winner Ellbeedee and a half-sister to 6f juvenile winner Bournemouth Belle. Left Hugo Palmer unraced for 9,000 gns in December and was a never-nearer sixth of 10 on debut at Wolverhampton. May need more time to develop.
Well behind in both starts at Wolverhampton. Has plenty to find on those displays, but can run in handicaps after this and that looks the likely route.

Glory sets the standard on form, but he is not bombproof by any means and preference is for DARGEL, who showed a good deal of promise on his debut at Newbury in September and looks the type to improve with a winter under his belt. Lehoogg and Swiss Cheer have shown enough to suggest they can make their presence felt, while Thunder And Light and Desert Lion are interesting debutants.
