Completed a hat-trick of hurdle wins in 2017 at up to this trip. Back in better form over fences when under 4L third at Wincanton last time, from today's mark. Should be thereabouts if blinkers help.
1-15 over hurdles, where he has often run well in defeat to be placed on 10 other occasions. Switches to make chase debut now, so may be able to show some improvement. In good hands and can't be ruled out.
Won at Stratford (2m5f, good) in October on his third chase start. Held from higher marks/pulled up since, and has a bit to prove from a mark still 3lb higher than that success.
0-10 under rules, but went close a few times over hurdles. Yet to show quite as much over fences, and despite a 2lb drop, others makes greater appeal.
Soft ground Chepstow hurdles winner (2m3f) last April, when 5lb lower. Below that level in all three chase runs, including here last time. Had a wind op since, and now sports new headgear, so may be able to show more.
Without a win since 2014. Has regularly threatened to end that losing run, but still found something to beat him, just as on his last two starts at Fakenham and Market Rasen. Lacks gear when required, which makes him vulnerable again.
1-3 over fences, having scored at the second attempt at Uttoxeter (2m6f, good) in November. Not quite as good after a 5lb rise last time. More needed, but not ruled out of the frame again.
Scored for the second time in 18 hurdles starts at Exeter (2m7f, good) in November, when 5lb lower. Disqualified next time and well held latest. In good hands for switch to chasing, but will need to find improvement here.
Reeled off a four-timer over hurdles last year, the last of those being from 2lb higher than today's mark. Still early days over fences, and having shown some promise first time, he is not one to dismiss yet, despite a below par latest run.
Produced a career-best on his stable/chase debut at Warwick in December, when ½L second (2m4f, good to soft). That was a good performance in context, and with any improvement he should take a bit of beating here.

Forecasts
Orchardstown Cross (6/4), Quiz Master (5/1), San Satiro (11/2), Inaminna (13/2), Voie Dans Voie (11/1), One Forty Seven (12/1), Volt Face (14/1), Norse Legend (16/1), Minerfortyniner (16/1), Pulling Power (20/1), Marble Moon (40/1)
Blinkers may be able to galvanise San Satiro to great heights, and his chance is respected here, with Quiz Master, Inaminna and Norse Legend others to consider. However, ORCHARDSTOWN CROSS made an eyecatching chase debut and is taken to go one better this time.
