Gained back-to-back successes over 7f here and is progressing quickly. Showed smart acceleration off a quick tempo latest and won with a bit in hand. Should stay a mile and 5lb rise shouldn't be an issue. Rates a leading contender.
In form when last seen in 2017 and remains on a competitive mark if able to repeat the same level. Goes well here and versatile distance wise. 390-day absence to overcome but market support would be of note as has gone well fresh previously.
Progressed at the end of last season and demoted to second after veering late at Lingfield. Previous win came here and drop in trip and first-time cheekpieces may help. However this is tougher and will require more off 3lb higher.
Won off 3lb lower at Thirsk in August for Andrew Balding but was below form on his next two starts and failed to beat a rival home on stable debut. Plenty to prove at present.
Had been completely out of form before springing a surprise place over this C&D but has failed to back that up twice since. Others look more solid propositions.
Former C&D winner who was progressive early last year but has struggled to make an impression in two starts following a 216-day absence. Suited by this extra furlong but needs to bounce back.
Disappointed at Wolverhampton but shaped with promise either side at Newcastle. Represents a stable in good form and starts life in handicaps off a very workable mark. Likely to be involved if taking to this track.

Be Thankful is interesting moving into a handicap for the first time and this distance looked ideal on debut. She wouldn't need to improve much to be winning but preference is for TAMERLANE who is moving rapidly in the right direction and can complete a hat-trick with more to offer over an extra furlong. Executive Force is hard to win with but was unlucky last start.
