Has plenty of form to make him competitive here, although has only won once, and he ran poorly on return from a break here last month, having been brought down at Chepstow in June.
Won back-to-back races on turf in 2017, but on a long losing run since, and merely passed beaten rivals when mid-field at Newcastle on latest start. Needs to step up.
Another on a lengthy losing streak, stretching back 22 runs, and while he wasn't disgraced in a couple of runs here in November/December, his latest effort at Newcastle was disappointing.
Sprung a shock in a 6f apprentice handicap at Chepstow in August, but has run poorly on all four subsequent outings, and hard to back him with any degree of confidence.
Not an easy ride, but has been partnered by this rider on last four starts, and shaped quite well when ¾L fourth of 11 to Kodiac Pearl at Lingfield last time. Entitled to go close with a repeat.
Not at her best of late, but represents a shrewd yard, and would look well treated on the pick of her form. Market check essential at this lowly level.
Looked to be coming back to form when fifth over C&D in refitted blinkers last month, but couldn't build on that last time, and headgear dispensed with now.
Won at Bath in September, and caught the eye running on from a poor position at Lingfield last time. Less exposed than most, and ought to go close if getting the breaks.
Generally races at 7f/1m, but seemed to benefit from drop to this trip when front-running second in a C&D handicap on his latest outing. Unexposed as a sprinter, and leading claims if he can repeat that effort.
Best recent effort when fourth in a 7f handicap at Lingfield a month ago, but she was strictly below form when filling the same spot last time on Fibresand debut last time. May yet do better.
