Switch to AW had the desired effect as he gained his maiden success here over C&D latest when showing a likable attitude. Opening handicap mark not lenient but few miles on the clock so chance he can progress further.
Developed into a consistent AW performer finishing in the first two in four of his last five starts. Sound second in a novice event latest sees him return to handicaps 4lb higher but consistency means he is still expected to go well.
Promise of first two starts on heavy ground unfulfilled on sounder surfaces subsequently. Returns here for new yard after lengthy absence and on AW debut. Not ruled out but may need the run.
Previous C&D third in a novice event and although unplaces since in handicaps he wasn't beaten far latest at Lingfield when fifth. Gets 2lb back so realistic each-way claims here.
Placed in five of his eight starts to date and not beaten far latest when sixth at Lingfield (Kadiz fifth). Gets 1lb back to re-opposing rivals 2lb so reversal of placings less than likely.
Consistent on the whole until well below par when last seen in October as he tailed in a remote last of nine. Changed yards since and a return to his earlier level would give him place claims here with surface posing no concern.
Placed three times in five starts including once on AW at Newcastle. Changed hands since latest fourth and this yard can often improve newcomers particularly on AW so she is very much one for the shortlist now.
Consistent run ended latest when disappointing at Southwell on Fibresand but earlier performances on Tapeta and Polytrack were sound so expecting a better effort here and not ruled out if getting the lead as he likes.
Handicap and AW debutant showed some ability in three turf maidens in the spring without seriously threatening. Lengthy absence to overcome here and that one of a few doubts which suggest better options elsewhere.
C&D winner finished midfield next at Chelmsford. Out of sorts latest after a break when last of 13 at Newcastle. May have needed that run in her defence but sizable leap forward needed now nevertheless.

Vee Man Ten (6/4), Dragon Beat (7/2), Sandridge Lad (4/1), Hanakotoba (7/1), Ginvincible (9/1), Kadiz (12/1), Kingi Compton (12/1), Four Wheel Drive (25/1), Oxygenic (33/1), Awake In Asia (33/1), Macho Lady (50/1)
A tough contest but a chance is taken on handicap newcomer VEE MAN TEN who won over C&D latest and given that was only his third start he should have more to come. Kadiz is the most feared of the rivals having run well latest and now 2lb better off while another to consider is consistent sort Sandridge Lad, a dual AW winner already.
