Won at Kempton in April, and posted a lifetime best when decisively taking a C&D handicap last time by 2½L from Para Mio. Up 5lb for that, but a repeat would put her firmly in the picture.
Best Flat effort for current yard when third at Bath in October, and has since run well over hurdles at Fontwell, belying big odds. One to bear in mind back in this discipline.
Had progressed in all of his first six starts before shaping as though in need of the run at Kempton in October following a break. Had suggested previously as though this trip would bring further improvement and a likely player.
Without a win in eight starts this year, but generally running well, and placed again at Kempton on latest start. Figures on a handy mark, and one to consider in an open contest.
Yet to hit top form this year, but took a step in the right direction when third of 10 to Settle Petal over C&D last time. On a tempting mark if able to build on that.
Promise in maidens, and given an awful lot to do when a fast-finishing third on his handicap debut at Wolverhampton (1m1½f) last time. Can race freely, but open to plenty of improvement when learning to settle.
Took advantage of a reduced mark to gain back-to-back wins at Chelmsford and Kempton (1m4f). Could only make modest late headway over C&D last time, and may be in handicapper's grip again.
Nearest he came to wining on the Flat was at Redcar in May, when second over a mile (on quick ground) . No impact since, including over hurdles, and others preferred again.
Yet to win in handicaps and not one to trust, but ran one of his better races when 1½L fourth of 13 to Hackbridge over C&D last time, and won't be far away if running to the same level again.
Has run respectably to hit the frame on his last two starts, but needs more to win, and a risky proposition having refused to race at Brighton in October.
More than three years since his last win, and well held on first start since leaving Paul Webber at Wolverhampton last time, when his cause wasn't helped by a refusal to settle.

Forecasts
Settle Petal (7/2), Ban Shoof (9/2), Divine Messenger (5/1), Pacific Salt (5/1), Mood For Mischief (7/1), Intermodal (10/1), Red Cossack (12/1), Ross Raith Rover (12/1), Yamuna River (20/1), With Approval (33/1), Don't Cry About It (40/1)
It may be worth chancing MOOD FOR MISCHIEF after he caught the eye under an exaggerated waiting ride on his handicap debut at Wolverhampton. He's preferred to C&D winner Settle Petal and Divine Messenger, who may have needed the run last time, and is open to progress at this trip.
