Shrugged off the drop down to 1m when showing the benefit of a wind operation to land some bets at big odds at Newmarket last time. No problems returning to this trip and still lightly raced enough to make further improvement.
Disappointed when last seen in July but absence since suggests there may have been a problem and this drop down in trip isn't a concern.
Won on soft at Ayr in September but disappointed in various headgear which are now left off since. Tried this trip on penultimate start and jury out as to whether he stayed it.
Sole win was gained over 1m in the summer and has struggled a bit off this much higher mark both runs since. Now going up in trip and if it brings about a bit of improvement he would be a contender.
Salisbury win in August and blinkers tried last time are retained. AW debut now and just needs to eke out a bit of improvement.
Gradually improving and still lightly raced enough to think there could be more to come with the extra furlong looking likely to suit.
Won an amateur riders event at Catterick in August but disappointing both runs since and hasn't shown much in previous runs on the AW.
Lightly raced mare who didn't make the track this term until last month but has run well on both occasions including when just touched off last time. Winners have come from both runs and yard had a welcome winner yesterday.
Running well of late following on from her Windsor victory three starts ago and now looks ready for the step up to 1m3f. May be more to come at this trip.
Forecasts
Miss Blondell (3/1), Janabiya (7/2), Villette (7/2), Perfect Refuge (7/1), Blistering Bob (8/1), Quothquan (8/1), Saryshagann (14/1), Lightening Dance (16/1), Country'n'western (50/1)
MISS BLONDELL is finally getting a clear run of things and can gain compensation for recent narrow defeat. Villette is too consistent to ignore and along with Perfect Refuge make up the short list.
- Miss Blondell
- Villette
- Perfect Refuge
