Has been in good form over 7f on the turf but equally as effective at a trip he ran really well over when wide from a poor draw at Kempton latest. Should go close again.
All three wins have come here and remains lightly-raced on the AW. Ran well enough in a higher grade when last seen here and returned from a break with a good run on turf. Likely to go close.
Won a weak novice at Wolverhampton in March but handed a stiff mark on the back of that and struggled in two handicaps on return. Others preferred.
Very useful when on song (Ayr Bronze Cup winner in 2015) but well below best this year. Welcome drop in class on return to AW but others look more reliable.
Holding his form well this year and produced a gutsy win over this C&D. Makes a quick reappearance and likely to go well but this will be tougher under a 6lb penalty.
Out of form on turf since springing a 33/1 shock at Windsor in June. Got upset in stalls and tailed off on his AW return and hard to fancy.
Made all for successes at Leicester (7f) and Goodwood (6f) earlier this season and two more solid efforts followed. Ran poorly when hanging badly at Windsor and a bit to prove on an AW surface.
Yet to win on the AW in 18 starts and all best form has come on turf. Out of form in three starts since Epsom win.
Barring a poor run at Pontefract she has proved progressive of late and ran a career-best second at Newcastle over 7f. Could be suited by a fast run 6f here and likely more to come.
Forecasts
Human Nature (5/4), Sword Exceed (2/1), Anonymous John (8/1), Drakefell (11/1), Highland Acclaim (14/1), Silca Mistress (16/1), Bibbidibobbidiboo (20/1), Bernie's Boy (25/1), Go Far (33/1)
Bibbidibobbidiboo is moving in the right direction and although this is tougher still, she remains lightly-raced on the AW. Human Nature is on a consistent run of form and looks sure to go close after an unlucky latest effort but SWORD EXCEED is one to follow again here over the winter and should be spot on following a very encouraging run on turf.
- Sword Exceed
- Human Nature
- Bibbidibobbidiboo
