Half-brother to two bumpers winners, one of whom who also won a 2m hurdle. 41 but disappointed when last of 14 on debut in a Warwick bumper in May. However, represents top trainer and not one to write off after just one run.
Well held in both hurdles starts. Can only watch.

20-1 and not disgraced on his debut over hurdles at Wincanton recently. Step up in trip looks positive, but may be one to consider more closely in handicaps.

Yet to really threaten in any of his four starts, but in a weak race he couldn't be totally ruled out of the frame.

7-2 and made a promising start over hurdles when 5L second at Towcester (2m3f, good) in May. Returns with stable going well and it is very likely that he can do so too.

Showed promise when third in a Carlisle bumper, but was tailed off on his hurdles debut at Chepstow recently. Too early to write him off, and in good hands, but needs to bounce back.

Yet to figure in both codes and is impossible to make a case for.
Tailed off in both starts over hurdles so far. Wasn't devoid of promise in bumpers previously, so wouldn't rule her out of the money in a weak race.

Forecasts

Renwick (4/6), Nifty At Fifty (9/2), Shamilan (5/1), Commander Miller (11/2), Willow May (14/1), Nomination Game (33/1), Zorlu (50/1), Mustaaqeem (66/1)

Verdict

Commander Miller flopped on debut, but clearly can't be written off after just one run. This is weak enough and he should be capable of a much better showing this time. However, RENWICK showed much more promise on debut and is given the vote. Shamilan, Willow May and Nomination Game may be the ones to battle it out for third.
  1. Renwick
  2. Commander Miller
  3. Shamilan
