Velvet Makert1160
Age: 9|  Weight: 11-12| J: Mr D Maxwell| T: D M Christie| OR:  120
16/1
Has some top-class form in Ireland and contested the Grand Annual at Cheltenham last year. Three year's without a win and reverts to hurdling having disappointed over fences in the spring.
2
Horse silk
Third Estate30
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-8| J: Jack Andrews(3)| T: N B King| OR:  116| BF
5/1
October proved a fruitful month and good rider employed here. Suited by conditions but revised mark will make this tough.
3
Horse silk
Lissycasey16
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-7| J: Mr Martin McIntyre(3)| T: Sheila Lewis| OR:  115
20/1
Two runs back from a layoff show he is not as good as he was in the spring. Very poor latest and hard to fancy on that showing.
4
Horse silk
Still Believingp23
Age: 10|  Weight: 11-7| J: Isabel Williams(5)| T: Evan Williams| OR:  115| CD
11/2
Has completed a double over fences and comes here in search of good ground. Scored over hurdles a year ago off a 12lb higher mark and represents a stable who do well here.
5
Horse silk
Pique Rockh21
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-7| J: Alex Edwards| T: H D Daly| OR:  115| CD
9/2
Triple point-to-point winner who has jumped well to make all here and at Bangor. Will be more severely tested in this company but mark looks manageable.
6
Horse silk
Rosemary Russett34
Age: 6|  Weight: 11-4| J: Miss A B O'Connor| T: H Fry| OR:  112
10/1
Looked in need of the run on return and represents a leading rider/trainer combination. Best form has come on softer ground.
7
Horse silk
Ormskirkp95
Age: 5|  Weight: 11-3| J: Luca Morgan(7)| T: J W Mullins| OR:  111
14/1
Went up 6lb for chasing home the progressive Wells De Lune at Cartmel when well clear of the third. Has won for this rider in Jersey since, but an interim Newton Abbot defeat off this mark suggests he has work to do.
8
Horse silk
Daytime Ahead34
Age: 7|  Weight: 11-2| J: Bryan Carver(7)| T: R J Hodges| OR:  110| D
16/1
Very easy winner at Wincanton in March (heavy ground) but didn't repeat that effort in two subsequent starts, highlighting her inconsistency. Bit to prove again here.
9
Horse silk
Great Tempop154
Age: 5|  Weight: 10-11| J: Fergus Gillard(7)| T: D Pipe| OR:  105
10/1
Form has a patchy look about it and he has failed to add to an 82L debut victory for this yard. Has been off five months and rider lacks experience.
10
Horse silk
Jennys Day27
Age: 7|  Weight: 10-11| J: Mr Tommie M O'Brien| T: Katy Price| OR:  105| BF
7/1
Well backed on last month's reappearance when going down narrowly. Will be suited by the longer trip here and top amateur employed.
11
Horse silk
Midnight Glory34
Age: 6|  Weight: 10-9| J: Ben Jones(7)| T: P Hobbs & J White| OR:  103| BF| D
12/1
Scored at Newbury in January 2017 but has struggled to replicate the form since. Will come on for last month's reappearance but of limited appeal at present.
12
Horse silk
Galactic Power21
Age: 8|  Weight: 10-8| J: Tabitha Worsley(3)| T: R Dickin| OR:  102| CD
25/1
Has a 2-5 record here and down to last winning mark. On the negative side her trainer has gone 142 days without a winner.
13
Horse silk
Youngoconnor165
Age: 5|  Weight: 10-0| J: Jack Tudor(7)| T: Christian Williams| OR:  93| BF
8/1
Huntingdon winner looked beaten when coming down at Fakenham over fences in June. Off since and reverts to hurdles for a stable on the cold list.
14
Horse silk
Mr Bachster173
Age: 13|  Weight: 10-0| J: Mr J C Jones(7)| T: Kerry Lee| OR:  74| C| D
33/1
Teenager who lost his way last term and faces a stiff task from 20lb out of the weights and with stable 210 days without a winner.

Forecasts

Pique Rock (9/2), Third Estate (5/1), Still Believing (11/2), Jennys Day (7/1), Youngoconnor (8/1), Great Tempo (10/1), Rosemary Russet (10/1), Midnight Glory (12/1), Ormskirk (14/1), Daytime Ahead (16/1), Velvet Maker (16/1), Lissycasey (20/1), Galactic Power (25/1), Mr Bachster (33/1)

Verdict

Pique Rock and STILL BELIEVING are on hat-tricks with the former facing a sterner test than when beating small fields in decisive fashion. Time may prove she is well-handicapped but there can be few doubts that the selection, who's been chasing lately, is favourably treated as her last win over hurdles came over C&D off a mark of 127. Third Estate looks fully weighted, but Jennys Day has a good pilot on board and will appreciate this stiffer test.
