Mark is tumbling but for a reason and although in with a chance on best form has something to prove at present.
Can be let down by slow starts but has the ability to figure in this grade if breaking on terms and may have needed her run here last time.
Didn't run too badly last time from an unfavourable draw and luckier now in that respect. Has the ability to go close if on a going day which aren't the easiest to predict.
Has shown nothing in three runs this year and pulled fiercely last time. First time blinkers need to inspire and easy to look elsewhere.
Has bounced back to best last two runs since dropping down to this trip and just lost out in a tight finish here last time. No reason why he shouldn't play a leading role in his current form.
Changed hands for just £1,500 in the summer and off the mark on first run for new connections when dropping back to 6f at Chelmsford recently. The runner up has franked the form since so a 3lb rise seems very fair.
Still a maiden after seven starts and fared no better when backed last time. Hard to fancy from 5lb out of the weights.
Has shown a modicum of ability but hasn't looked as though her turn is near and readily passed over from her high draw.
Veteran who is without a win since 2016 and hasn't looked like breaking that run lately. Has work to do from 5lb out of the weights.
First run for new yard but long absence to overcome and showed nothing in five starts to date. Hard to make a case for.
Forecasts
Magicinthemaking (9/4), Deeds Not Words (3/1), Majorette (4/1), Mr Potter (6/1), Indian Affair (12/1), Divine Call (14/1), Hold Your Breath (16/1), Aegean Legend (25/1), Free Talkin (33/1), Paco Dawn (50/1)
Not much recent form to go on so it might be worth siding with MAGICINTHEMAKING to follow up her recent win in a race where the form has received a boost. Mr Potter is in good heart and rates a danger with Deeds Not Words worth noting in the market.
