Iffraaj filly out of a winning sister to Bated Breath and half-sister to Cityscape. Showed nice improvement on her second start when leading over 7f. Further progress would put her as a leading hope but trip a query.
Dawn Approach filly cost £70,000 at the Sales in April. Would need to improve significantly from her debut and likely to appreciate further in time.
Camelot filly cost 130,000gns and progressed nicely from debut when a running on second over 7f. Bred to appreciate this extra furlong and sets the standard.
Debutante with plenty of stamina in her pedigree and will get further in due course. Stable though in hot form and well worth a check in the market.
Beautifully-bred filly by Kingman out of 2004 1000 Guineas third Hathrah. Half-sister to six winners and looks a likely type on debut.
Very disappointing at Newmarket following a promising second on debut over this C&D. Possible switch back here will help but others look stronger.

Lawman filly who cost €36,000 as a yearling, Beaten two furlongs out on debut at Newbury and remains one to watch.
Universal newcomer out of an unraced half-sister to a 1m4f-2m flat and 2m hurdle winner Song Light. Yard more known for jumpers and not had two-year-old success in last five years.

Abanica showed likeable improvement from first to second start but did look as though a drop in trip rather than this extra test would suit better. ARCTIC OCEAN in contrast is bred to appreciate the extra furlong and was running on too late over a furlong shorter. There's plenty of potential challengers from well-bred newcomers and the market should be kept a close eye on with regards to Kimblewick, Eithaar, Cabarita and Manorah.
