All four of his wins here have come over 5f, and although he's won at this trip, it's not ideal for him. Running well enough on turf to take a hand, though.
Third over C&D in August, and well treated on that effort, while he returned to form when a close fifth at Catterick last time. One to bear in mind.
Has won twice over 1m on turf this year, and ridden too aggressively when below form at Leicester on latest start. Drop in trip an unknown, but run style should suit this venue.
Several creditable efforts in defeat this year, but was below form when seventh of 12 to Mudawwan at Newcastle last time, and needs to put his best foot forward now.
Very useful handicapper at one time, but looks a shadow of his former self at present, and no solid form this year despite declining mark.
Two wins and a second from four runs over C&D, although ran poorly on last visit here. Better effort after a break when close sixth at Brighton last time, and seems to be building up to a bigger effort.
Better on turf than AW, but placed off lower mark at Newcastle on penultimate start. Raised 3lb for that, however, and below form at Leicester last time. Likely to represent poor value.
Best over 5f and won over that trip here a year ago. Mixed for since, but running well enough at present to consider, for all this trip raises doubts.
Won over 7f here in January, and while he's been below that form on turf, he shaped pretty well after a break at Catterick (6f) last time, and type to pay his way at this venue through the winter.
Well beaten in three runs since joining current yard and something to prove, for all he did keep on to make modest late gains at Newcastle last time.
Runner-up twice on turf this autumn, but has only made the frame once in six AW outings over the years, and this will be her first try on Fibresand.
Has won twice at 5f/6f on turf on undulating tracks, but yet to make the frame on AW after five starts, and passed over on that basis.
Has won here, and a genuine mare when she's in form, but not much to cheer about of late, with her third at Nottingham last month flanked by much lesser efforts.

ESSENTIAL caught the eye after a break at Catterick last time, and this course winner looks capable of adding to his tally on this surface. Lucky Beggar, Eponina and Declamation are others worthy of attention based on course form and/or recent efforts.
